This Gorgeous & Spacious Home is located in the 1 block East of IH-35 between 9th & 11th Streets. Located on the same street as the Famous Franklin’s BBQ! No rental car needed, as our home is located within walking distance to bars, restaurants, shopping, University of Texas, and much more. You can Uber most places for under $10 and they arrive within minutes!

This home can sleep up to 10 guests, but if you have a larger group we own the home located right next-door and can accommodate another group of 10! We also have another home 2 blocks away that can also sleep 10! Listing # for home next-door is 479256 and for the one 2 blocks away is 212502.

Large Park located across the street with playground, splash pad, and basketball court!

Great restaurants within walking distance:

AMAZING HOUSE - Simply Perfect

We were a bachelor party of 12 and could not have asked for a better house for the weekend. Saved a ton of money on Ubers with the most popular restaurants and bars in Austin all a 5 to 20 min walk (Rainey, East 6th, Dirty 6th). The house was SPOTLESS, with tons of beds and baths for a very comfortable weekend. Thank you so much for everything!!!

Wow! Is the best way to describe this home. Perfectly located to all the fun and walkable to Franklin BBQ. Came with family for birthday weekend. The home was emasculate. Huge kitchen where we made breakfast our first morning. Enjoyed the second floor patio on the evening for a nightcap. Our host went over and beyond at checkin. Happen to run into her and welcomed us with open arms. We plan on coming back next year and will for sure be booking here. A true hidden gem.

Couldn't ask for a better spot in Austin. The house is close to all the various neighborhoods in the city, so its an easy car, scooter or bike ride to get to where you need to go. And there was plenty of indoor/outdoor space for our group of 10 who were in town for a long weekend!

Awesome Central Location

This house was great for our group of 10. Spacious and very clean. The location is perfect for getting around Austin, and there is a good amount in walking distance (highly recommend Paperboy for brunch). There is a big construction project going on across the street, but it did not disturb us too much.

Location is amazing as it's in East Austin which has many cool restaurants, shops and bars within a few min walk. Downtown is also very accessible by a short scooter, cab or 15 min walk. The property was amazing, very functionality and came with all the amenities. Definitely would stay again.

I was planning a trip for 8 people and wanted to pick a spot that could sleep everyone comfortably, I couldn't have picked a better spot. Between the hospitality from the property manager and the proximity it was from everything, it filled our every need. The house was super accessible for both entertaining and sleeping everyone in our group comfortably. It was walking distance from some of the major streets in Downtown Austin and also amazing BBQ. I was also really impressed by the quality of the house from the furnishing to the linens. They also made sure that every detail was covered and that there were plenty of amenities available to cater to our groups basic needs. I would highly recommend this rental and will be looking to rebook in the coming years.

This was a great property for my friends and I during my bachelor party. Keypad on the main door makes it easy to enter/exit for the entire group. Plenty of beds/bathrooms for all 9 of us to comfortably sleep and get ready without being on top of each other. Would definitely recommend!

Highly recommend this house

We rented the house for a bachelor party. It was perfect. The upstairs terrace was great for relaxing with a few cocktails before we went out. The house was clean, roomy, and the beds were comfortable. The property manager, Amber, made sure we had everything we needed, and responded to all of our questions immediately. We will be using the service again in the future. Our stay could not have gone better.

I love sharing a bottle of wine with my friends from the balcony and checking out the skyline view! Such a relaxing place to sit and catch up! One of my most favorite parts of Downtown East Austin is that you can walk out the door and find coffee shops, eclectic shopping and some of the best local dining spots that Austin has to offer. Unlike central downtown, you are immersed in a locals neighborhood without the tourist feel, but with all of the Austin vibes.
