This was great for what I needed it for, it wasn’t as walkable to everything as I thought but uber was really cheap so it balances out :)Getting in and parking was also easy, overall a really solid place for the price
Great apartment space for me and my husband! Very clean and there was parking available on site (extra cost, but at least it was on site!). Would stay here again if traveling that way. We were able to walk to downtown Nashville which was great. Only recommendations would be providing guests with more towels for longer stays, dish towels, and directions for checking out of the on-site parking space. Overall, thank you for a great stay!
Check-in process was very easy, parking in the garage is outrageous so don’t do it. We rented a car for trips during the week and parking overnight everyday costed us well over 300. Apartment had a very musty cleaning product smell and some bugs and cobwebs but overall it was clean enough. Bed wasn’t super comfortable but did the job! The ice in the ice machine was yellow and crusty so we ended up buying our own ice cube tray. Gym was easy to access and use. Overall was fine for the week and for the price we paid.

First time I have ever been unhappy with a property. First off there were ants everywhere on the counter in kitchen and mold in the automatic ice bin in freezer. Place is tiny which is fine as we were just looking for somewhere to sleep. Unfortunately the bed was so uncomfortable and cheap, my guest and I woke up sore every morning. The apartment faces the highway so it is consistent truck noise. At least the host provides earplugs because they know how loud it is. No value whatsoever.

Building and apartment were clean, well stocked and easy to access. Short scooter or bike ride into downtown. Really cool industrial vibe with an interior garage door that opens for a large window.
The property was in a great location and very close to Broadway. We had a mix up with our check-in instructions but the host immediately fixed the problem once we called him.
The property was very clean and centrally located to downtown Nashville. Only complaint we had was a lack of parking but the parking garage does have a discount available that made it cheaper than most lots.

It was a nice clean room. Upon arrival, everything seemed great. However, the highway next to the garage door type window made sleep impossible. The bedroom window let in noise as well. There could be a wonderful place with a little noise abatement work. I would think that the street facing rooms would be fine, the street seems quiet.
The host (Miguel) was very accommodating with some pure-arrival requests, which was very appreciated. It IS right next to the highway, so the other comments about noise are true, but earplugs were supplied and worked fine. DO NOT GO OVER THE HIGHWAY ON THE WALKING BRIDGE! Nasty neighborhood

It was nice and clean but a little loud. Right next to the highway. And the parking is not the best!
