Villa The Lighthouse owes her beautiful name to her unique location: nestled between Orient Bay and Cul de Sac Bay, and offering views on all the north and east side islands: St Barth, Tintamarre, Anguilla and Pinel Island.

This fully renovated waterfront property can accommodate 6 guests and features 3 ocean view bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a large living room and fully equipped kitchen, and stunning outdoors: garden, heated swimming pool, and a wooden dock on the shore.

Bedrooms
Master bedroom with an office corner, king size bed, full bathroom and separate WC.
Second bedroom with a king size bed or two twin size beds, full bathroom and separate WC.
Third bedroom with a king size bed, full bathroom and separate WC.

Every space of the Villa is equipped with its own air conditioning unit.

The property also offers fiber optic Wi-Fi, a smart TV, BBQ, kayaks, snorkeling gear, bath & beach towels, and all linen.

The Manager of the property, Nina, is a former Superyachts Chief Stewardess, therefore specialized in luxury guest services and high end interior maintenance.

The neighborhood
Villa The Lighthouse is located in the private and gated residence “Les Terrasses de Cul de Sac”, a balanced mix of family houses and holiday properties.
From the villa, you can walk to the residence boardwalk, where you will find very easy and shallow water access, and the villas’ kayaks.
Pinel Island and Little Key Island are at 5/10 min kayaking, or 5 min with the local ferry (1 min drive from the Villa).

A rental car is necessary to get around.
Supermarkets, beaches, restaurants, bakery, watersports, souvenir shops are all at less than 5 min drive.

Concierge services can be booked on request with our property manager Nina, and include: grocery shopping, restaurants & activities booking, boat charter, sightseeing, private chef, in-house yoga and massages, and anything else you might require.

This was our third stay at Villa the Lighthouse and it was our best yet. The property is beautifully maintained, the setting is amazing and the property managers are attentive and make you feel welcomed. We are already planning our next trip. We love everything about this place; the pool, the access to the kayaks, Pinel Island and the amazing views.

My family and I loved this place. By far the prettiest VRBO we've stayed in. All the people were incredibly welcoming, and the kayaks that were included provided fun ways to spend a few of our days exploring. Not to mention the view we had was breathtaking!! Definitely would love to go back, and Melissa was amazing too.

The property was better than the photos. Concierge was amazing. The location was fabulous too. I’d highly recommend this gem.

The Villa Light House

This is a beautiful property that my three sons and I have stayed twice now and have booked again for next year. It is the perfect location, quiet, beautiful views and relaxing. Our Host Nina is fantastic in making everything easy. I can't say enough good things about the positive experience at this home.

Luxurious Stay in SXM

Wonderful access to the islands best snorkeling and beaches. Spent hours snorkeling right off their dock. Great kitchen, appliances, kayaks, gear and amenities. Nina’s knowledge, responsive and friendly. My family of four loved it.

Dream house with stunning views

Beautiful villa with wonderful views! The home was beautifully decorated and had everything we wanted. We enjoyed snorkeling off the dock and used the kayaks to visit Pinel island and have lunch.Melissa and Kevin were super helpful and attentive. We stayed a week and really enjoyed the house and St Marten! Would definitely recommend.

One in a million property

This was our second stay at the Villa and it was even better than our first. The property is amazing and the hosts, Nina and Melissa were the best. We come to this property and never feel the need to leave; it really has everything. The views are unparalleled, the property clean and welcoming and the hosts attentive and treat you like family. I recommend this property without reservation. We will be back!

Perfection by the sea

What a perfect spot! The property is beautifully maintained, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and everything has been thought out to the last detail. We loved every minute overlooking the beautiful sea, kayaking, swimming in the pool, enjoying the beautiful views and perfectly appointed home. The concierge services were top of the line. We highly recommend staying at the lighthouse in St. Martin. We will definitely be back.

Five star

This is our second time returning to Orient Bay and having Melissa as our host. I can not express how helpful and wonderful Melissa, Nina and Kevin are! From a seamless check in/out, help with anything we need (including a ride when our rental had a flat) and readily available at all times for us. The Villa Lighthouse is such a special rental! From the pristine views and the cleanliness, and all amenities its spectacular. We will return again for sure as my family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

Breathtaking views!!

Our stay at the villa was beyond perfect. The views are untreatable, the villa is spacious and brand new and there is so much to do nearby: restaurants, beach clubs, hikes and shopping. We used the kayaks and snorkeling equipment every day and saw lots of turtles during our kayak trips to Pinel island, where we had lunch multiple times. Nina and Kevin even had a baby crib and all accessories set up for our grandson, which was a big help. We definitely recommend this place!

Exceeding our expectations

Nina was the best host we've ever had anywhere - she was responsive and helpful and so friendly. Pictures of the property on the VRBO site are amazing but do not do the property justice. The villa was clean and well stocked and exceeded our high expectations. We cannot recommend this property highly enough; it was perfect for our family and we didn't want to leave it. We will be back!

Perfect Family Getaway!

We've never done a family trip at a VRBO - only hotels. This was absolutely perfect and SO much better. The villa is modern, clean, and so bright and airy - we looked forward to our mornings and evenings there. Melissa, Nina, and Kevin were all star hosts who covered all of the bases - even better than a 5 star hotel concierge. All of our reservations for beach and restaurants were covered including last minute changes - the house was fully stocked and every need we had was covered. We are already looking forward to our next trip. If you are considering SXM this is a no brainer.

STUNNING!

I'm not sure I have the words to describe how wonderful this place is. The moment you walk through the gate and see the view, it takes your breath away. The place is immaculately kept. This was probably the cleanest VRBO I've ever stayed in...and I've stayed in some great places! We spent a lot of our time out on the gazebo just listening and watching the waves and enjoying all the boats and wind surfer activity. There were so many things to do, but we just needed some quiet down time. It was so very peaceful. There's a grocery store close by if you prefer to cook. There was a wonderful little French bakery about 2 min away that we enjoyed a few times for breakfast. Orient Bay is about 8 min away and you could eat there every night for a couple of weeks and never eat at the same restaurant twice. We absolutely loved the location of the Lighthouse Villa. We can't imagine staying anywhere else. And the staff that manages it was amazing! They were so kind and helpful before we even got there. They hooked us up with a great rental car service that met us at the airport and escorted us to the villa. The escort was an extra 50....worth every penny! The communication was exceptional. Kevin met us when we arrived and showed us around the place and met us at check out. He gave us great suggestions for water side restaraunt/bars close to the airport to kill time before our flight. If you get the chance to stay here....do it!!!! You will NOT be disappointed!! Thank y'all again!

Superbe Villa Lighthouse !!!!!!

Nous avons séjourné dans la villa Lighthouse dans le cadre d'un déplacement professionnel, et tout était parfait! La villa est équipée avec la fibre optique, et tout le nécessaire de vacances : kayaks, snorkeling, serviettes de plage, et un accès à la mer avec une échelle de bain. Le cadre est somptueux et tout est proche : commerces, plages, restaurants. Les managers Kevin et Nina ont été joignables durant notre séjour afin de nous assister et conseiller. Nous reviendrons!
