The Space:

We provide 4 queen beds, each in their own bedroom accommodating up to 8 guests comfortably. There is an ensuite bathroom accessed from the master bedroom, an additional bathroom with tub/shower combination and a main floor powder room.



Our kitchen is equipped with all basic appliances and utensils for your use including coffee maker (drip and k-cup/coffee provided), microwave, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, baking dishes and more.



We also provide a Smart TV with Netflix and other streaming apps. Note that you do need your own accounts for Netflix, though there are other free TV apps available.



Free unlimited wifi - 1.5 gbs (Fastest Bell provided internet)



Onsite washer and dryer are available for your use.

This home is newly built in a newer subdivision. You might see and/or hear construction in the area within reasonable working hours.



Deposit:

A $500 pre-authorized hold will be placed on your credit card a few days before check-out for incidentals. This is not a charge—just a temporary hold—and it will be automatically released within a few days after your stay, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules.



⚠️ Note: We firmly work within our cancellation policy. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking in case of unexpected changes, illness, or travel delays. Please note, refunds on cancelled reservations are subject to a payment processing fee of roughly 3%.
