Stay in the Rocking K Farm’s beautiful 435 SF coastal guest house/Studio Apt.. Sleeps 2 with picturesque views on 2.5 acres nestled in sable palms, oaks, and pine trees. Enjoy the many sounds of nature and our darling mini cows, and mini donkeys. Wake up to farm fresh eggs! Watch the birds, squirrels, rabbits, & butterflies that embellish the farm.
THE SPACE
This Studio Guest Apt. has a private entrance yet attached to the main Farmhouse. This cozy one room has 435 SF (sleeps two) with a Queen Bed and foam mattress. Private bath, Free WiFi with Sony OLED TV, equipped kitchen with 2 burner induction cooktop with induction cookware, convection microwave, GE refrigerator, farmhouse sink, butcher block countertop with 2 stools, coffee maker, dishes, glasses, utensils, kitchen gadgets, tall closet, sheets, and towels. Washer/Dryer, laundry soap, ironing board with iron in laundry room which is shared with main house guest . Step outside and relax next to the stocked pond with Adirondack chairs, fire pit, picnic tables, all shared with main house guest. Each reservation comes with a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, dish soap, coffee, cooking oil, seasonings, and some condiments. We are a working farm and animal sanctuary with chickens, 2 mini donkeys, & 2 mini cows. We are also developing our food forest. The farm is family friendly yet private as guests enter a long driveway, gated, with security cameras for the safety of our guests and farm animals. You may see Host Susan with small children’s groups teaching about farm animals and children’s literature.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests can access the annex apartment with private entrance. Shared spaces with main farmhouse is the pond area with fire pit, hammock, picnic benches under the barn's pavilion. For the safety of our guests and farm animals, the farm is fully fenced with gate, and security cameras throughout the property. There is a keyless digital lock on entrance door, a door code is provided upon arrival. Guests park in designated area. Only registered guests are allowed on property unless otherwise specifically agreed upon in advance. Any friends, visitors of guests must be registered with host.
THE AREA
Jupiter, Fl is a convenient location bordered by nature preserves yet only minutes to beaches, recreational parks with canoeing, kayaking, hiking, bicycling, horseback riding, world class fishing (fresh & saltwater) snorkeling, scuba diving, jet skiing, world class polo, International horse shows, shopping, and restaurants. Palm Beach County is host to The Honda Classic Golf Tournament, Wellington International Horse Show, Palm Beach Boat Show, Sunset, and the Palm Beach Classic Car Concours. We have several green markets with freshly grown produce from local farmers. Ask about our favorite boat charter excursions with the colorful Palm-Yachts and your own boat captain as you cruise along the Intracoastal Waterway with an optional stop at a waterfront restaurant or order a picnic basket with food and spirits for your excursion.
