Take advantage of the complex's incredible amenities such as the heated indoor pool, fitness center, tennis courts, outdoor pool, and direct access to the beach! The Space:

Upon entering the unit, you will see the king bedroom located on the right handed wall! The master bedroom has a large closet, mounted TV with dish network, and bathroom access. Also in the master closet are extra pillows, ironing board/iron, hangers, and chest of drawers. Walking down the hallway you will see the hallway bunks located on the left and the hallway bathroom access on the right. Walking into the living space is the kitchen located on the right and living room/dining space which leads to the balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The laundry space is located near the hallway bunks with washer and dryer.



In the living room is a 4 seated dining table and the kitchen has 3 barstools for additional eating seats. The living room couch becomes a queen sleeper in which additional linens will be provided.



Guest Access:

Each guests will have full access to everything inside of the unit, the indoor pool, fitness center, outdoor pool, and direct beach access.



The Neighborhood:

Tidewater is located in the heart of Orange Beach! Within a quick drive you can get to some of the best restaurants in town, local grocery stores like Publix, and entertainment such as Florabama!



Enjoy being in an area where you can enjoy the peacefulness of the beach all while being close to everything you can possibly want to do during your stay!



Getting Around:

Upon entering the unit, you will need to put in the gate code (will be provided after booking). You can park in any parking spot on the exterior parking lot. Do not park under the complex, these are designated for owners.



You will need to have a parking pass on your dashboard throughout your stay to avoid being towed. The parking pass will be on the kitchen counter upon arrival.



Upon entering the bottom floor, you can walk past the elevators and take a left to grab a couple luggage carts. Take the elevator up the 10th floor and you will see unit 1004 directly on the left after exiting the elevator.



Please DO NOT take the carts inside the unit to avoid hitting the walls. After use, please bring carts down to the 1st level.
