You will find that Hidden Heaven is tucked away from the hustle, bustle, and seasonal traffic, yet conveniently close to 30A, Sandestin, and Grand Boulevard restaurants, shops, and local attractions.

- Walton County Noise Ordinance: To ensure everyone enjoys the peaceful atmosphere, please note the Walton County noise ordinance is from 10 PM to 6 AM; fines up to $500 possible. Our full time neighbors appreciate their tranquility and may contact the sheriff if disturbances occur. A $200 fee (plus damages or fines) may be applied if our staff needs to visit due to guest actions.
- Dining: Close to renowned restaurants like Louis Louis, Down Island, Blue Mabel, Shunk Gulley, and many more.
- $1,500 Accidental damage protection included.
- 25-year age minimum. We are unable to rent to college groups or minor guests.
- No parties or events. Host approval is required.
