About this property

PRIVATE HEATED POOL/GOLF CART/ICE MAKER/BEACH CHAIRS & UMBRELLAS/PARKING 6 CARS

Peaceful, luxurious setting a short drive from Seaside, Watercolor etc. We are a 7-10 min walk or a 2 min golf cart ride to a great beach access. Blue Mountain Creamery, a favorite for kids of all ages, is a short walk from our home. Hwy 30-A is a 17 mile county Hwy, that runs along the coast- w/ bike path the entire length. We have 3 king beds, 1 queen, a bunk w/full on bottom, twin on top, two folding cots + fold out twin bed ottoman. You can comfortable accommodate your family and friends. Huge wrap around porch w/ part of it screened; Swing, outdoor round table plus outdoor sofa & chairs makes this a perfect hang out spot after a day of playing in the gulf. 6 flat screen TV's (one in each bedroom/bunk area/screened porch and of course the living room) WiFi streaming service/UtubeTV. Our home sits on a half acre lot making it almost completely private...you can listen to the birds in the morning, and many times you can hear the waves. At night, you'll hear crickets, frogs & owls. Once you visit our little piece of paradise, you'll want to come back. Golf Cart, Chairs, umbrellas, a paddle board, some life vests, and corn hole set provided. You'll also enjoy a commercial ice machine that makes all the ice you'll need. We provide great vendors for renting additional Yolo boards, kayaks, bikes etc that will be delivered and picked up when you're finished.

The homeowners provide a complete breakdown room by room on how tvs work and where to find utensils in the kitchen! This was so helpful. The pool heat was great for the end of November. Toes in the Sand 2

Close to beach but still very private. We stayed with our 20 something sons and their girlfriends. Everyone loved the house. Beds were comfy, kitchen well equipped, screened in porch was great for game night and afternoon naps! Walk to beach wasn’t far and golf cart made it even easier. The pool was my favorite spot! House is so scenic itself, we took family pics on the porch. Planning a return trip already!

We have been coming to the beautiful gulf of Mexico since we were children. As adults we both came here prior to knowing each other. Naturally, when we met, this quickly became one of our favorite spots to make memories together with our family. That's what we've been doing for over 23 yrs now. We never dreamed that one day we could own a " little piece of paradise," but that dream came true in 2010 when we bought a foreclosed property in the Seagrove Beach area, fixed it up and rented it for 3 yrs-selling it for a significant profit, we were able to buy this 1/2 acre lot in Blue Mountain Beach and began building our beach home in 2014. It was finally finished in April of 2015. We shared it with vacationers the next 4 years before we officially moved full time in August 2019. As mush as we love living here, we've decided to move about 10 min from here close to the bay and once again share this beach home with our vacationing friends.
Creating spaces that foster lifelong memory making is what we love to do. Living close, allows us to provide excellent service, quick response times for any issues that arise. We also love to help connect you with local venders that will take your vacation to nothing short of spectacular.

A quick bike or golf cart ride to the beach. You'll pass by Red Fish Taco and Blue Mountain Creamery on your way to the beach. Just around the corner, dine at Blue Mable, Cow Girl Kitchen, Blue Mountain Bakery and more.
A short drive to Grayton, Seaside, Watercolor, Alys beach, Seagrove, Seacrest & Rosemary.
We are also a 10-15 min drive from Sand Destin for great shopping and dining.
