5 bedroom, 4 full bath house with private heated pool right in the heart of Frangista Beach. 2 king bedrooms, 2 queens, 4 bunks and 1 queen sleeper.

We have an outdoor shower as well.

Our county noise ordinance is in effect from 10 pm - 6 am. Please respect our neighbors.

The pool is for use at YOUR OWN RISK! The pool is 7' x 13' Heating the pool is an additional $40/day for the entire stay if you should desire to do it.



Beach towels are provided.

Chairs and umbrellas are available for rent on the private beach.

Shopping and dining are all very close. We recommend Pompano Joe's, Whales Tail, and Bad Ass Coffee, which are a quick walk. Destin Commons Shopping Mall with an AMC movie theater and the Outlet is only 10 minutes away.

Along Highway 98, which is the main connector in the area you will find several golf courses, mini-golf, bowling, and a water park for kids.

We also recommend visiting the Harborwalk Village in Destin. They offer several different boat excursions, parasailing, snorkeling and they also have a jet ski rental.

A few minutes from Destin you find Okaloosa Island with miles of the untouched white-sanded beach if you want to grab a picnic and enjoy the silence and the loneliness by only listening to the waves of the Gulf of Mexico.

Explore the many opportunities that await you on the emerald shores of this stretch of the incredibly scenic panhandle of Florida or simply exhale and relax.

it's a bit of a walk to the beach but worth it. the sands are pure white and the ocean is crystal clear. alot of marine life in that area to view/photo

The location was excellent. The private beach access was great. Neil was a very attentive host and communication was terrific. The kitchen was very well stocked and plenty of beach towels.

I have never had such a bad experience with a rental. It was VERY dirty. Spent hours on the phone with VRBO/Host to try and get someone to come clean the pool which they couldn’t do until the next day. The pool btw is very very small. The house was very outdated and poorly cleaned. I wish we had a better experience after driving nine hours to get there. I usually would let it go and have never left a bad review, but I think this rental needs a huge renovation along with more attentive cleaning. They were able to give us some money back due to our poor experience but after HOURS on the phone and videos and photos to prove it. It ruined the first day of our vacation and it was frustrating to waste time doing that. The only great thing about this rental is that the location is amazing. I would not rent here, again.

The only reason this home did not just get a one star all the way is the location. Don't let the pictures fool you on this one. Cleanliness was awful. Burnt out lightbulbs, broken door locks, broken outside furniture, the garage looks like a usable space until you realize everything was broken. Rugs in the home are disgusting and couches in the basement level need replaced. Overall, for the price a very bad experience when you consider other options around the area.

Thank you for your feedback. Every season we update the home furnishings and several of those items have been addressed and some were user error (door locks work but some knobs need to be turned up rather than down to lock)

The Perfect Vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at this Vrbo property. It was perfect for our group, offering everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants, which made getting around easy and enjoyable. The home was clean and well-maintained. The host was incredibly friendly, communicative, and quick to respond to any questions we had, which made the experience even better. We truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place in a fantastic location.

This is the first time I’ve written a negative review but feel renters should be aware. First issue was with the entry code to get in. The last character in the code was wrong and took a while to figure it out. When I called no one answered but they remotely unlocked the door. The exterior doors do not latch. Have to enter the code in order to keep the door latched and reenter the code every time you enter the front. The door on the top back porch has no handle to open it from the outside. If you close the door you need someone from the inside let you in. The front door is filthy and the railings need paint. The worse thing was the three full trash bins that were at the end of the driveway that sat there from Saturday morning until Wednesday afternoon in 90 degree heat. Had to smell that every time you got in your car or walked to the beach. Actually smelled worse after they were emptied. Also be aware that the houses are all very close together and the house next to where we statyec allows pets. Had to listen to barking dogs running around the pool next to us the first couple days. The local police did a good job quieting party goers for two nights around 10:30PM.

Nice stay, great communication

We had a great stay. Communication with the property manager was excellent - he got back to us very quickly each time and was very helpful before and during our stay. House was nicely redone. Location was A+; a walk to the beach, restaurants, and a short drive to CVS for odds and ends. Highly recommend!

Working Getaway

My husband, sons and another person were in Destin for work. This was a great place to stay! Plenty of room. Easy to contact the host if we needed anything.

The house was great. We definitely enjoyed that practically every room had its own bathroom. The walk to the beach was 5 minutes away with private beach access. Overall the house was very clean, the owner responded quickly to our messages and the location of the house was perfect! Thank You
