About this property
Secluded Strait of Juan De Fuca Waterfront, Stunning View
This waterfront vacation rental we call Sea Shell, sits right on the edge of the bank with a stunning view and private beach access. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a queen bed, one with a twin, and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room. This very comfortable mobile home has a spectacular view of the Strait of Juan de Fuca and the mountains of Vancouver Island. Nothing but ships, mountains and water out of the large picture window from the living room couch. Bedroom windows open to the water side, so you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves with a gentle cool breeze washing over you. Eagles fly close in and you can watch them fish and dine on the beach below from the large picture window in the living room. Sea lions, otters, whales, and innumerable birds are also common sights.
We're only a few miles from Sekiu, WA, famous for salmon fishing, and only 35 miles from Forks, home of Twilight.
We are also close to Cape Flattery, Shi Shi Beach and numerous points in the Olympic National Park. The beach below has dozens of tidepools and very interesting rock formations, plus driftwood, shells, rocks, and the occasional piece of seaglass. A wonderful place to relax your cares away.

This was such a great place! The views are absolutely stunning, and it’s really a great location to take off in various directions for all of your adventuring. Be prepared to see all kinds of cool wildlife!
The setting is amazing — we were anticipating incredible and it exceeded that. It’s mentioned in the listing but it bears repeating this is a mobile home though no longer mobile of course. It is very clean and inviting having a 70s vibe. When you explore the beach, make sure to go all the way west, where the Hoko River empties into the strait.
I cannot wait to stay here again! Wonderful hosts, great amenities and the views experiences of the tide pools and general glory on the beach is not to be missed.
This place is an awesome little spot. Great view every day. I saw Eagles, Sea Lions, and Harbor Seals. I'm from the East coast, having a beach to yourself is great. Host was informative before my arrival as well, to make sure I had essentials.
It has an amazing view, we loved falling asleep to the sounds of the waves. Every amenity was in good working condition, we we're able to make homemade meals and enjoy them on the patio. Loved it!!!
We really enjoyed our stay! The views and beach were just what our family needed to recharge! The place was well stocked and the tide pools were amazing.
We loved the view and exploring the beach from this cozy cabin. The decor is dated, but clean and well-kept. There’s so much to explore that you won’t spend much time inside anyway. Highly recommend and we would stay here again.
The place was wonderful and we really enjoyed some of the nice vintage furniture and the overall ambiance of the place. Easy access to a great beach and lovely sunrises!!
Beach access with a beautiful view. Relaxing, clean, had all the amenities we needed, instructions were clear and simple easy to get in. Will be planning to come again. Thank you!
Our stay at **Secluded Strait of Juan de Fuca Waterfront – Stunning View** was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking panoramic views of the Strait of Juan de Fuca. Watching the waves roll in and the light change over the water throughout the day was pure magic. The property truly lives up to its name — peaceful, private, and beautifully situated right on the waterfront. It was the perfect place to relax, unwind, and reconnect with nature. We loved enjoying our morning coffee while taking in the ocean views and ending the day with spectacular sunsets. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Every detail felt welcoming and well cared for.If you're looking for a serene coastal getaway with unforgettable scenery, this is the place. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone wanting a tranquil escape by the water!
This place is incredible. Such a treat to be able to stay here. Clean, amazing views, falling asleep to ocean sounds and direct access to the beach. We got lucky and had 2 American Eagles watching over us on the beach. ) Would love to go back. To bad we live in MA.
This property is private, located at the end of the road, very well appointed and clean. The stairway to the beach leads to some of the best tide pools ever! I am looking forward to returning.
It was a wonderful experience. It had everything we needed. It's quaint and cozy with spectacular views. We honestly cant think of a better view anywhere! We will be going back.
We wanted a place close to Cape Flattery and the Ozette Triangle trail, and this lovely home was in a location which made it easy to drive to both. The fact that it was on the water with beach access and wonderful tide pools made it one of the most special places that we stayed during our trip to Olympic. It was clean and comfortable. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat!
Cozy & clean, and the view is amazing! The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and we love the mildly vintage vibe. Having a direct access trail to the beach was great. The beach was a place to discover something new every day, with the tide pools, driftwood, shells, and beautifully tumbled stones. We hope to return to this place some day soon!
It is a trailer but owner has gone to great links to make all comfortable. We really enjoyed walking the beach below us. Even saw two otters! Beds are comfortable and home was very clean!
