There is a large private patio that overlooks the beautiful community grounds and a smaller private patio off of one of the bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a king bed with a spacious bathroom with walk in shower and large soaking tub. The property is located in one of the most quiet and tranquil locations in Legacy villas, just steps to the adults only lap pool. No second story neighbors!

There is an electric BBQ on the patio for guests to utilize as well as 2 community gas grills near the main clubhouse area.
