I have been working in the tourism industry for the past 20 years as an activity manager and tour guide. I actually own and live in the unit next door for the past 10 years and have been very content so far. I am therefore readily available for additional assistance if needed by my guests. I can offer island tours and link my clients to many other services without hassle. My young age and experience motivate me to expand my horizons. By being a host, I can definitely achieve that! Meeting and interacting with new people from around the world is my specialty! I am proud to have accumulated so much knowledge and to have established so many useful contacts over the years. This journey has definitely forged me into a friendly and professional woman and mother. My real passion is at the heart of my home, my island Sint-Maarten/Saint-Martin. This is the place where I create all of my magic which I love to share with others.

I chose this neighborhood because it is peaceful, quiet and safe. Even though, the island is overall very safe, our neighborhood still offers a manned, gated security from 6pm from 6am. It is conveniently walking distance from beaches, nightlife and other conveniences such as grocery store, pharmacy, doctor’s office and the airport. The serene sound of the sea is constant and the views of both the rising and setting sun are perfect as it is a cul-de-sac. The quietness gives a feeling of being far away from it all when in reality it is nearby a whole lot without disturbances. What a great place to stay! Definitely the perfect vacation getaway for those who want to experience the island’s best. The people living in the area are discret and respectful. Many of which enjoy walking their pets around the neighborhood or simply taking walks at any given time.

What makes my property really unique is what I consider « A Million Dollar View » of the breathtaking Caribbean Sea. From the terrasse, one can observe the sun sets, the « Heineken Regatta » boat races, the cruise ships arriving and departing, surfers and all the sparkling lights across the bay at night. The property is homey, comfortable and private. With only 8 units, this condominium building is home to both owners and visitors. My guests only share the main entrance with me which then leads them across the main terrasse to their own entrance. Everything is nice and simply on and around the premise which includes checking in, checking out, carrying bags and parking write outside of the building.
