The house is close to Westmont, Ligonier, Downtown Johnstown, the Hospitals, hiking trails, biking trails, rafting, Flood Museum`s, Concert venues, festivals, and much more
HOUSE RULES:
– No pets allowed at this property
– No smoking inside the home, a cleaning fee of $400 will be imposed if we find evidence of smoking of any kind
– No parties or events
– The maximum occupancy at this property is 4 guests
- Guests must wash dishes
-Guests must collect all trash and put it in outside bins upon departure
Do not use our towels and washcloths to clean up kitchen messes, mud, makeup, etc. We provide a fresh roll of paper towels, kitchen towels and makeup clothes for this reason. Staining and ruining our linens will result in the following fees:
Sheet Sets-$35
Bath Towel- $10
Hand Towel-$8
Wash Cloth-$6
If there is an accident/spill that requires additional supplies for clean up, please contact us.
