Whether you’re here for a quick getaway or an extended stay, this enjoyable retreat offers a cozy spot to recharge. We look forward to welcoming you to our place. Guest have reported they love waking up to the beautiful mountain morning and enjoying a hot cup of coffee from a local shop nearby. Recent patrons have made mention they appreciate the closeness to hospitals and the highways that get them to other industries in the area. We spend 5 years reclaiming a 110-year-old building. You can look on FACEBOOK Green Element Management and look at old photos, the before, the journey and the now are all there.

Put all dirty linens or towels on the bathroom floor, Please care to only strip and pile up what you use. Any additional linens used or removal of the bed bags will increase the cleaning costs.

We're new to hosting but not new to managing properties. We enjoy traveling and learning from others through our experiences.
Why they chose this property
We are in the central business district, we are close to grocery stores, hospitals, shops and restaurants. Windber is small community alive with great community events and nice people. Street parking is mostly free. You can always find a spot.
What makes this property unique
This 100 plus year-old building that was brought back to life. It is close to small business and a space for a dreamers next chapter in life.
