WELCOME TO TIERRA DEL SOL #1! We hope you will enjoy your visit as much as we enjoy beautiful Moab, Utah. We have done everything possible to create an environment that is clean, comfortable, spacious, inviting, and functional.

BEDROOMS - The Master bedroom has a King size Select Comfort adjustable air the only bed that lets you adjust each side to your ideal comfort - your SLEEP NUMBER® setting.

... and overhead lights for bedtime reading. You will enjoy a TV for evening or early morning viewing as you relax in the comfort of your bed. There is an large walk-in closet and a private bath. The other two bedrooms each feature a Queen size Select Comfort adjustable air mattress and overhead lights for bedtime reading. A full size bath is just steps away from these bedrooms. An extra half bath is conveniently situated at the end of the hall. Each bedroom has a private door that opens to a patio and the spacious private back yard.

TWO ROLL-AWAY TWIN BEDS! Our bedrooms will accomodate up to 6 people, but if you have a few extra people that need a will find our two twin roll-away beds are of very good quality and easy to roll into any room.

KITCHEN and DINING - The large and convenient kitchen offers everything you need to make a snack or cook a full meal complete with baking. Between the kitchen and dining area is a breakfast bar. This is an ideal place to drink coffee and chat. The dining room features a custom made 36' high tile topped table with 6 chairs. There is plenty of room for you and your family or guests to spread out and enjoy a home cooked meal.

LIVING ROOM - As you step through the front door, you are greeted by a large and warm living room complete with a Lazy Boy sofa and love seat, two leather ottomans, a gas fireplace, and a large TV featuring satellite reception. Adjacent to the Living Room is a small and comfy area for reading or relaxation. You will find two Lazy Boy recliners and a reading lamp. Next to this area is a custom made 5' wide desk ready to accept your laptop or to research you next trip around Moab.

TWO CAR GARAGE and AMENITIES - Enjoy an over sized (24' x 24') locked garage with ample room for desert toys, such as motorcycles, ATV's, UTV's, Jeeps, mountain bikes, or other outdoor recreational items. Step into the laundry room from the garage. Clean up and wash your dirty clothes in your private laundry. Other amenities include a community pool and hot tub.

PATIOS and BACK YARD - The home features two patios. The first is adjacent to the two queen size bedrooms. The other is adjacent to the Master bedroom and kitchen. This patio is covered and features comfortable patio furniture and a gas grill to BBQ.

TV, INTERNET, and PHONE - Enjoy satellite TV with numerous channels to select from. Internet service is available either via WI-FI or hardwire. A home phone is available for local calls. A library of popular movies is supplied for your viewing pleasure.

PETS/SMOKING - At the request of our guest, we do not permit pets or smoking. Our guests enjoy the clean environment that eliminates odors and allergy problems. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.

Great Condo!

This house was exactly what our family was looking for while travelling to Moab. Everything was very clean, there were toiletries available for use in the bathrooms as well. Rossana was awesome with responding to emails and even went out and bought a crockpot for us prior to us arriving when I inquired if one was available! I liked that it was right outside of town, so we didn't have to drive too far to get to where we needed. The condo was in a nice quiet neighborhood with access to a pool. If we travel back to Moab we will be sure to stay here again.

Have stayed at this condo twice now and both times have been great. It is clean and in very good condition. Really nice to have a garage to use as well for parking or storing big bags and coolers. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Two BBQ grills is very nice for cooking for a large group. Pool area is also very nice. Rossana is very nice and helpful. Check-in/check-out was faster than any hotel I've stayed at. She will email you a key code for entry, and just a phone call to let her know when you're leaving. Very easy! Looking forward to staying again! Much better than any hotel experience.

Great Place to stay!

Five adults stayed at the condo. We were very impressed at how clean and spacious it was. We used the grill and made some of our meals there. Loved the nice thick towels! I would recommend this condo for anyone who would like a nice place to stay.

perfect family getaway

8 of us stayed here, with 2 kids aged 10 and 12. The house is perfect and impeccable. The neighborhood is quiet. The swimming pool is nice. We would highly recommend this place. 3 minute drive to downtown Moab.
