This first floor provides an open floor concept with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room with seating for four people and cozy living room with plenty of seating and big screen tv. If relaxation is at the top of your list, take a quick step outside and enjoy the fully screened balcony and enjoy the summer breeze and view. The first bedroom is located in the first floor with plenty of closet space and private full bathroom with plenty of amenities. Up a quick flight of stairs you will find the charming second bedroom which has a queen size bed and a twin size bed. A full size bathroom is located upstairs as well with all the amenities needed.

On the enclosed balcony you will find all the amenities needed for a fun day at the beach. Beach chairs, beach umbrellas and towels. 2 Parking Spaces provided directly outside townhome. **** PLEASE BE CAREFUL NOT TO HIT THE FENCE WITH YOUR CAR***

Short-term rentals are available for those snowbirds needing to get away from the cold weather and in desperate need of some sunshine. Minimum age for rental is 25 years of age and no more than groups of 5 people allowed. NO parties, pets or smoking is permitted on property.
