"Venice-Eden Lagoon House" A Salt Water Pool and Spa Oasis

Introducing Venice-Eden Lagoon House, a remodeled and decorated private home in South Venice, Florida.

Venice-Eden is spacious and comfortable with a split floor plan that offers privacy, two bedrooms with queen beds, a large living room, a Florida room with two futons, a fully equipped kitchen, multiple dining options, and a two gar garage with washer and dryer.

You will LOVE your private salt water pool and spa – a true oasis surrounded by lush tropical foliage, palm trees, bougainvillea, hibiscus, and fruit trees (lemon, tangelo, and mango); all landscaped for maximum privacy.

The outdoor spaces which include a pergola with fans, two concrete tables and benches, several Adirondack chairs, pool side chairs and loungers, a fire pit, and a hammock are maintained by mosquito nix – a safe and automatic spray system that keeps the bugs away night and day! There is also an outdoor grill and bar area with working wine cooler. which is lighted for evening cooking.

If this is not enough, five beautiful beaches are only a short distance away including the beach and fishing pier at Sharkey’s (2 miles), Manasota Beach (2 miles), and the famed Venice Beach (3 miles) – known as the shark tooth capital of the world. Grab you shark hunting basket from the garage and get to work hunting for Megalodon sharks teeth (FYI - Megalodon means “big teeth”). We have beach chairs and a beach umbrella as well as kiddie toys for all the great beaches in Venice!

Down the road from Venice Beach is historic downtown Venice with miles of boutique shopping and gourmet restaurants. There are also many golf courses in and around Venice.

Both bedrooms and the living room are equipped with large TV’s and access to Comcast Cable and Netflix. Free high speed internet access is also included. Property managers are a simple phone call away for anything additional you may need.

This house is very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. We love the outdoor pool area and hot tub. Wish the pool was heated as it was too chilly to swim in during our stay.Hosts very wonderful about any situation that came up and sent a service person immediately to get the hot tub working correctly.Lovely and comfortable home. Great location, too!

Best backyard in the whole neighborhood. The only thing that would have made it better is a 6 ft privacy fence in the back. Nice home very quiet neighborhood after dark. Good location.

Very nice, quiet place. Beautiful yard, pool area. It was very hot outside, so inside temperature of house at 78 also felt really hot and made it difficult to sleep. Other than that, just a perfect place! Would definitely visit again when temperatures are cooler!

Amazing Stay!

This place is an amazing little paradise. It was perfect for our family. Our 3 kids, 8, 12, and 14 LOVED the backyard oasis. The mango tree in the back yard had ripe mangos which we were able to pick and they were delicious! It was a quick easy drive to several beaches. Everything was clean, cozy, and relaxing :)

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The tropical backyard was so peaceful, along with having a private pool and hot tub to relax in. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to the area.

Nicer for older people

Definitely a more laid back older community area and themed place. Great communication with host and definitely better suited non-summer months as hard to keep cool throughout the place in 90 days of summer. Pool maintenance would be the only other issue as it was quite dirty and didn’t see it cleaned in the 5 days there. But nice and quiet and definitely see older couples really enjoying the place.
