Private Direct Oceanfront Home! Pet Friendly

Oceanfront house in area of exclusive homes with amazing views and unusual privacy.

All tile floors andceiling fans in every room. The ocean view master bedroom has its own marble & granite bath. Awaken to ocean view from bed. House is very well-furnished, equipped and clean. Great room has a 18-foot high clerestory. This is a private ocean front home.

Beach is wide, warm, and the sand consistency allows one to ride bicycles or walk for miles. The famous Cocoa Beach Pier or Jetty Park is just a 20 minute walk on the beach, three minutes by car.

Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach is a resort area with many places to eat from McDonald's to gourmet. Our lovely beach house is also close to a Mall, Multi-Plex Theater, and Super Wal-Mart.

We are by far the best value on the beach front! It is common for our guests to remark that our property is 'even better than the pictures.'

Our quaint cottage offers privacy and tranquility, yet it is surprisingly easy to get to all Orlando attractions via the express 'Beach Line' (528). There is a Caretaker's Cottage, which is at entrance of the property with the beach cottage up the driveway on the ocean front. We are easy to reach if needed, but your privacy is a priority.

Super cute and clean. Very quiet. We enjoyed the rockets taking off, the cruise ships coming in but mostly the sound of the waves. We took our dogs to some nereby parks and friendly tiki bars. Nice place for up to five to unwind. Grilling out with the beach as your backyard and a bottle of Pinot is perfect!!!!

Perfect location

Perfect location. Nestled in a private location and just steps to a beautiful beach. Beautiful walks on the beach or in the neighborhood. Not much car traffic makes it ideal. Lisa is the best in communications too!

Our peaceful beachfront oasis

We had such a relaxing vacation at this very welcoming, clean, and comfortable beach cottage. We loved the short walk to the beach after we enjoyed our morning coffee up on the deck soaking in the amazing view. Lisa, the host, was very friendly and quickly responded to any questions. We appreciated the snack basket she left for us upon checking in. This was our first stay here and we are already planning when we can return.

Cozy private beach house equipped with everything you need for your relaxing vacation on the beach. The shaded patio is an excellent spot for spending time/meals outside. The beach is a few steps away. Communication with the owner was perfect. We had a wonderful time there! Thank you, Lisa, for sharing your house with us!

Great beach house. It’s as close as one can get to the sea. Driveway can be a bit tricky because it’s narrow. Furniture was very comfortable. We would rent this house again.

Hidden Oasis

Very private, great furniture, loved the bed, shower, everything we needed was there. Great communication with Lisa, had an issue with washer which was quickly repaired. Love the lighting,the beautiful lawn that was so private. The view from the deck above was amazing. Saw two space flights. Just a wonderful time. Am coming back.

Right on the Beach

Even though it rained most of the week and we didn’t get much beach time, we enjoyed the comfort of the home. Large windows helped light come in and not feel so dreary. We went to the port and watched the ships head out to sea. Fishlips is a wonderful restaurant to eat & drink with a front row seat! Lisa was a great hostess and checked in on us. Home well stocked with essentials.Would love to return to this home again!

Great Beach House

Lovely and very well equipped beach house. The house was immaculately kept in cleanliness and very nicely decorated. Comfortable furniture and great TV/ cable setup. Well appointed with kitchen appliances and utensils, linens, and other things. Nice view on upstairs outdoor deck. Easy walk to the beach. Many amenities nearby such as dining, grocery shopping, etc. Lisa, the manager was great to work with!

Excellent location

This was a great vacation rental. It was a clean house and the property manager was very easy to communicate with. It is a great location and an easy walk to the Cocoa Beach pier or to the Cape Canaveral jetty, and a short drive to old downtown Cocoa Beach with little shops. We enjoyed sitting on beach and watching the ships leave the port and the rocket launches. The upstairs patio was great also and we were able to see to the beach. There was also 3 bunny rabbits and a gopher turtle that visited the back yard every morning 🙂 that we enjoyed watching while we drank our coffee on the patio.

Beautiful Home

This was our second trip to this beautiful home, and it did not disappoint. The house was neat and clean, bright, right on the ocean and had a private backyard. The landscaping around the property was very pretty and several flowers were in bloom. The master bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was spacious. There were a few games at the property and even the books were good! The owner is very responsive to questions. We hope to make it back for a third time!

Amazing Getaway

The house is exactly as pictured, all the wonderful reviews are spot on. The house is comfortable, the deck is wonderful, the back yard is a quiet sanctuary visited by birds and bunnies! Saw dolphins almost daily, and the communication with Lisa was awesome. The location is perfect, walk out onto a wide, wonderful beach, short drive to great restaurants, the port to see the ship activity and great food, and less than 30 minutes to Kennedy Space Center. Viewing of rocket launches from the deck was almost as good as from Kennedy! We will be back for sure!

Don’t want to leave!!!

It was absolutely perfect to spend a week celebrating our 23rd anniversary. All the elements that connect with us were there. Beautiful accomodations, 7 sunrises a short PJ coffee walk from your bedroom, a rooftop deck that makes you feel rich and famous, a grill and hot tub that were huge bonuses - and amazing friendly turtles, birds and rabbits. The beach and water were mesmerizing and the early morning rocket launches were must-sees. The host is super attentive - we had everything we could have possibly wanted. Cannot wait to get back here.

This is the best value on the beach by far. To have a house on the beach for the value of a luxury condo is epic. It is a private, well appointed house that opens to the water. It's the ultimate in relaxation or romance or both!
