1 Bedroom/1 Bath Hidden Gem - Walk to the Beach or Relax Poolside! Sleeps 6.

Renovated and well maintained ground floor condo located bayside on 140th street in North Ocean City just a short walk to the beach!

Amenities include a beautiful courtyard area with ample seating to enjoy meals, a large outdoor swimming pool with lounge chairs as well as a baby pool (open mid-May through mid-September). There is plenty of free parking at the complex. Coin operated washer/dryer on each level of the building.

The condo features a generous size living room area with queen pull out sofa bed, kitchen with a huge island, one large bathroom with shower, one bedroom with a queen bed and double bed, small balcony with two chairs and storage bin with beach chairs for your use. The kitchen includes a full size refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, cookware, dishware, cups, utensils. Contactless check in.

Complimentary wireless internet access is provided. Smart TV - we provide Netflix. You can connect to other apps using your own account (Hulu, Amazon, etc.).

Forget something for the beach? Sunsations is right next door! Need an activity? Lost Treasure Mini Golf is just across the street.

Check out the Vista Rooftop Bar & Restaurant at Fenwick Inn, grab some donuts at the legendary Fractured Prune or a pizza from Ponzetti's while catching the game in their sports pub, all within walking distance of the condo.

Other local favorites nearby include Our Harvest, Grab and Go Taco, One Coastal, Uber Bagels & Deli, Liquid Assets, Harpoon Hanna's, Tequila Mockingbird, The Original Crabcake Factory and don't forget to stop at Dumser's for dessert. Alleyoops Uptown is fun for the whole family!

You will need to bring your own sheets and pillowcases (bedroom: one queen bed & one double bed, living room: one queen pull out sofa bed) and bath towels/washcloths.

Condo Association Rules:
-Quiet Hours are 11pm-9am
-Do not hang towels from unit balcony railing (please use drying rack provided)
-Do not block walkway areas with beach chairs, etc.
-No glass allowed in courtyard area
-There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool, swim at your own risk
-No glass or food allowed in pool area
-Anyone wearing diapers or who is not potty-trained is not allowed in the adult pool
-The baby/wading pool is for the use of non-swimming children aged six and under. They must be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian aged fourteen or older, who must be present at all times within the baby/wading pool area.

Place was in a good location to a lot of restaurants and activities. It was just the right size for our family. Very clean and nice. The shower is a little small, but overall a great place. We enjoyed the pool and parking was great. Would book this condo again.

This property was perfect for our family of 5. We made the trip to Ocean City for Nationals for Softball. This was located near the ocean and several local restaurants and shops. We had a wonderfule visit and the condo pool was very clean and relaxing.

Perfect stay!

I made a last-minute booking for this hidden gem. I brought my mom and my aunt. This was the perfect rental for us. The two beds fit nicely in the bedroom and the pull-out couch added the extra bed that we needed. You can see the well kept pool from the front door and the ocean is only a few minutes walk from the home. We loved this end of the strip and had everything we desired in the location as well as in the home. There are a number of rules and regulations so be sure to read through the email that Jennifer thoughtfully provides before your arrival and the documents in the home. In addition to the lovely home, the folks in the community are incredibly warm and welcoming and are great for all sorts of recommendations. My family is already looks at dates to book this "hidden gem" again.
