Located right at the village line on route 20, this former roadside motel has been updated to a modern studio. The bedroom has a queen bed, an updated and well-appointed bathroom, and a whisper-quiet mini-split to control the temperature. Relax at this peaceful place to stay, just a short 15-minute stroll into the village center!

This is a two-room studio, has a bedroom, and bathroom the includes a queen bed, closet to hang and store clothes, flat screen TV with most streaming services (requires guest log-in), mini-split to control the temperature, ceiling fan and two windows. The bathroom has a shower stall with rain shower head. Complimentary toiletries provided.

We stayed for one night on a quick trip. The Gate is well located and quiet. It served us well for our purposes. I would highly recommend it as a short stopover.

This is a small room, small bathroom, small closet, very small fridge box, and no microwave. It is convenient distance to the village with a nearby gas and deli store called Byne Dairy. The room has no air circulation, even when windows are open, and felt humid and stuffy. There is a wall-type air conditioner and a ceiling fan which blows over the queen size bed. There are just enough bathroom supplies for one person for a few days, in my opinion. I never tried contacting the host for more towels, so cannot comment about responsiveness. There is a smart TV with a feature to reset and delete any streaming service log-ins on your checkout date, which I felt is very helpful.
