Extremely disappointed. Stayed here back in January and had a great experience. However, this time when I arrived around 10:30pm the door was locked. Knocked but no answer. Messaged but no answer. Phoned several times but no answer. I knew they had children so was reluctant to ring the doorbell to the main house but finally did, twice. No answer. Ended up having to find a hotel room kind of nearby. The next morning the host apologized and mentioned something about calendars not syncing. He refunded about half of what the hotel room cost me. When I messaged twice asking to cover the full amount of the hotel (that I never should have had to find) I was ignored.
