Lot size and privacy sets the property apart from competitors. No worries about intrusive neighbors as you relax by the pool with all-day sun from a South-facing pool. Patio/pool have resort feel. You may also relax in the lovely lanai. Flat screen TV in the living room. WiFi provided. Fully stocked, modern kitchen. Washer/dryer provided, as well as gas grill. Impact-resistant sliding glass doors lead guests to the patio.

Patio area for pool contains four adjustable outdoor chaise lounge chairs. Additionally, an outdoor table with umbrella and five chairs, including three swivel chairs. Beach towels are provided. Further, there are two zero gravity chairs in the garage for use at the beach.

Detergent, bleach and fabric softener provided for the washer/dryer. Dish soap and dishwasher pods also provided.

Publix and CVS are a five-minute drive from the property.

Netflix and Hulu are available for the large screen TV, though no cable TV. Flat screen TV in Master Bedroom

Small, mid-century modern bathrooms.

No parties, events, or gatherings are permissible. No music on back patio that can be heard by neighbors is permitted.

Bookings from Miami-Dade and Broward residents are not accepted.

Amazing house with gorgeous backyard

This was truly a wonderful experience. The house is gorgeous, inviting, and comfortable with an awesome backyard. My family really enjoyed 8 days staying at this property with only 10-15 minutes drive to the beach and downtown Fort Lauderdale. Fun fact about backyard- iguanas and squirrels came to greet us on the first day when we arrived- so much fun watching them while swimming in the pool.. cannot recommend this property enough!!! We will definitely be coming back .

Wonderful property and grounds

We had a wonderful stay here, the neighborhood is beautiful and very quiet. The backyard to the property with the pool was amazing! I loved sitting in the pool just watching the birds and squirrels. Everything was clean and comfortable, and working. Beds were superb, comfy chairs and couch, nice kitchen, I don’t have any negatives about our stay apart from we had to leave! We would love to stay here again, thank you to the excellent property manager who checked on us by text and thank you to the owners for a first class property!

Back to my old neighborhood

First trip back to my old neighborhood since 1992 and wow did I pick a great place to stay! Property is clean modern with a beautiful pool within walking distance of Wilton Drive. Owner checked in on us several times to make sure there were no issues. Best Vrbo property I have stayed in to date.

Simply the Best!

This is a beautiful property with a very nicely furnished home and wonderful pool/patio area. Beds and living room furniture are very comfortable and it is so easy to relax and enjoy here. Easy access for check in/check out with quick responses if any questions. Convenient location - seems we were literally only 15 minutes from everything! Absolutely loved it!

Perfect Vacation Getaway!

This was our second stay at this location and we have already reserved this beautiful home for a third vacation! Owen's home is the perfect getaway! This house feels like a home away from home! The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and so beautiful for casual walks. The grounds are lovely, professionally landscaped, with magnificent evening/ night time lighting! Just the perfect setting! Tom, the property manager, is a "gem"! He made sure my husband and I had everything we needed to feel at home! Thank you Owen and Tom for a lovely vacation! See you in the Fall.

Nice house, Nice neighborhood

My husband and I stayed here the week after Christmas. Had planned a larger group but Omicron changed our plans - so we decided to go anyway, just the two of us. The house is nice in a quiet, very friendly neighborhood. Pool was heated as advertised (we opted for the temp bump-up) and we enjoyed that every day. House is older, so bathrooms are small. House is very clean. Lots of places close by for whatever you need. We really enjoyed Tulio's.

Perfect Getaway Home

We originally booked this property 2 years ago, before COVID-19. Because of the pandemic, we were forced to reschedule 3 times. Owen, the property owner, was understanding and accommodating to our concerns. It was a pleasure to meet Owen in person during our stay. Once we finally were able to travel to Florida we were more than pleased with this house and property! The property/landscape is well maintained and private. The house is "homey", clean, with many modern amenities. Tom, the property manager, was only a phone call away, if needed, and he made sure that we felt at home during our 3 week stay. We have already booked this property for 2 more vacation stays! Can't wait! Thank you Owen, Tom, and Steven!

Nice home; great location!

Very nice home, easily walkable (a couple of blocks) to everything that Wilton Manors has to offer; bars, restaurants, shops. We didn't even need a car! Both the owner and the property manager are very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay there again.

The BEST choice !

I don’t know where to begin. Owen was extremely great. Check in process was so easy. House was super clean, spacious and very cozy! Our girls and us loved the pool. We would come back from a day of being out and about and unwind at the pool. Tom (the manager) was extremely nice and helpful. Our family travels quite often, Honestly hands down the best property we have ever stayed at. Close to a lot of restaurants Italian/Sicilian/Peruvian food amazing ! We will definitely be coming back to Owen’s in the near future!

Everything as expected

The property was everything like it was pictured. We were kept up the first night by a raccoon and later discovered it was trying to get to the ducks at the pond up front. When we contacted the property manager he was over immediately to address the problem. The ducks stayed safe and the raccoon was silent the rest of our stay. The property manager also recommended a lot of things to do and where to eat during our stay and didn’t disappoint. The pool is a perfect place to cool down. BUT don’t make our mistake and BRING BUG SPRAY. Bug spray is not provided. I don’t believe a first aid kit is provided either. I did leave some aloe Vera in the fridge for future guests. I will say the showers are extremely small and there are no shelves in them. But the home was the perfect location to everything and the perfect oasis for when we were done exploring.
