Have fun with family and friends at this stylish place. This place was created for comfort and convenience to make you feel like you're still at home, with easy combination access. It features all of the common amenities such as central air and heat, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, app base movies and television programming, a fully stocked kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, and a refrigerator with an ice maker), as well as board games for entertaining the family. It is metro bus accessible with two metro train stations nearby (New York avenue, and Rhode Island avenue station). It is also located close to many great restaurants and places for night life.

Dear Guest,

When making reservations. Please include the number of guests that will be staying in the unit. The max capacity of people is four. You will be charged an extra fee of $125 per person, per night for unauthorized individuals that are not included on the reservation. This unit is NOT ideal for four adults.

I "ABSOLUTY DO NOT" allow any third-party bookings. It's a security and liability issue. The reservation will be canceled immediately without a refund, in addition to a $125 fee for each unauthorized guest, per night.

EXTENSIVE CLEANING: Please respect the proper and all its content. If there is extensive cleaning, smoking, of destroyed linens there will be a $150 charge to you. Please clean after yourselves.

I "DO NOT" allow parties or events on the premise. You will be charged $125 per guest that are not included on the reservation.

Long term reservist is allowed to book no more than 30 nights during a stay, per DC law. Any reservations over the 30-night limit will be subjected to alteration or cancelation.

Check-out is at 10:00 am. You will be charged $150 for an unauthorized late check-out.

There are two beds. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, the sofa has a full-sized bed, ideal for two kids.

This place was above expectations. It included everything I needed and more. It was quiet and very convenient. Parking wasn’t too much of a hassle, I was able to park right in front of the building every night for my week stay. Public transportation and convenient stores within walking distance. Will definitely book while in DC again.

Looked newly renovated had all amenities, including some not even listed. Best of all was basically sound proof, not hearing anything from the outside. Host was very nice and knowledgeable about everything and answered all questions almost immediately. Again, super new, clean and spacious. Definitely could accommodate 3 adults easily.

Terrific accommodations and great host.

My wife and I came to Washington DC to visit with family for a weekend family reunion. We have stayed in many VRBOS’s over the years and this was without a doubt one of the nicest we’ve stayed in. The apartment is immaculately, clean, well-maintained, and in a great location. We highly recommended would come back and stay again.

We were traveling from the University of Maryland and wanted to hit DC on the way home. This place was just what we needed. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in the door. The place was great. My family of 4 stayed. 2 adults, 17yr and 14yr old. You could make this place work for 4 adults, but one set would have to compromise on the sleeping arrangements. All linens were provided and the place was clean. Great communication from Ronnie. We aren't from the city and showed up late at night, but the area seemed safe. It was very close to the monuments for a visit. We would definitely stay again.

This is one of the nicest vacation rental properties I've ever stayed at. The accommodations were outstanding, impeccably clean and well thought out. The sofa bed was quite comfortable, too. My only minor issue was that the water pressure in the shower was quite low, but that is probably outside of the control of the host. That's really the only thing I can think of, and everything else was near perfect. I'd highly recommend this property for anyone, and would definitely stay here again.

Great apt for a couple !

Super nice apartment, spotless and had any amenity we would need for a few nights in DC! Mr Briscoe was prompt, courteous and helpful , and allowed us to check in a little early which was appreciated! We had street parking, the outside door as well as the apt door had locks with codes, as well as a ring camera, so it felt pretty secure. Neighbors were friendly, little to no noise . Would not hesitate to rent again! Thanks so much!apt door are code locked

DC visit

This was a beautiful property. The host was welcoming and helpful. It was spotlessly clean. Our only problem was the early morning construction noise (nearby home reno). You do need a car or Uber to get to the DC attractions, but nothing is very far. We would definitely stay again. This host did an amazing job making this an inviting and comfortable place to stay, down to the last detail, it had everything you needed.

The Texan

While the unit was definitely worth the price providing the essentials of a home away from home, as a Texan, it could have had more pressure from the shower head and a fan in the bedroom. Also I'd like to point out what I would like to call " The neighborhood watchers", there may be a group of men seemingly hanging out a couple of doors down detailing cars and playing dominos all day into sundown and it might make you feel like you need to be on alert but I think they are the neighborhood watchers and there is really nothing to worry about. Ya'll have fun and take care.

Blown Away

We (my Girlfriends and I) were completely blown away by the level of "thought" and extreme efficiency this rental provided. CLEARLY the owner thought this rental aspect completely thru to the end. I have NEVER stayed anywhere that has thought thru their guests needs as completely as Ronnie has. OMG!! It was everything that I would have planned and needed. Almost like I have a missing property soulmate! Truly everything was paramount! The only con would be that the water pressure wasn't high pressure. But that is something out of the owners (or any owners) control. If only the pressure could have been more forceful then everything would be hunk dori. Every single detail, well thought out and I am very appreciative of it. From the extra linens in the dresser in the master bedroom to the extra backpacks in the nightstand to use when making a grocery run. (DC has a plastic back charge when shopping for groceries.) I will definitely refer friends to this owner for stays in DC. I would rebook this stay for sure!
