Oceanfront Caribbean Style Villa that is centrally located in Bodden Town for a laid-back experience in tranquility. All 12 villas in complex are oceanfront with views of the sea. We have 6 villas on main floor and 6 villas on second floor. You can enjoy the pool with in-water bar stools or sit on a private beach near the ocean. We have a stretch of beach that allows you to walk for miles. We are surrounded by a coral reef giving our guests access to some of the best snorkeling on the island.

A fantastic stay! Our villa offered exceptionally clean and comfortable accommodations and sweeping ocean views. Thoughtful extras included thick & large beach towels, camp chairs, cooler and an umbrella making beach excursions effortless. Great snorkeling right in front of Sea Palm and a beach all to ourselves most days, heavenly! Both the owner Jane and host/manager Karen were attentive to our pre check-in questions, most welcoming and made our experience all the more enjoyable. A truly memorable stay.

Was great to be right on the beach and there was a sandy spot to be able to get in the water around the weeds and coral. Snorkeling was ok. Porch and view very nice. Furniture is not comfortable and there needs to be a dresser for clothes in the bedroom. Great location for lots of local restaurants and they were all fabulous. Washer/dryer a plus.

This place is amazing! Not in a busy area of the island, which means you have the whole beach to about 10 people or so, at timesA gorgeous view, with the reef right off shore. Great for snorkeling enthusiasts! We love the bbq grill as an option for cooking. We love the private patio that provides shade- some places do not have an overhang but this is a great reprieve from the strong sun. You can walk 1 Mile west on the beach and .75 mile east , until it turns rock ledge. You can grab food on the beach at grapeTree cafe. Great conch fritters!The air conditioning worked great and if we left for the day we actually turned it off and then back on upon arrival and the room never got too hot. We love the washer and drier for washing the towels and beach clothes.

We had a wonderful stay at Sea Palms Villas—perfect for couples or families with young kids!The location is ideal—about 20–30 minutes from most places, so you’re close to everything but away from the crowds of Seven Mile Beach. A rental car is a must, but worth it for the peaceful, uncrowded setting.The beach behind the villas was great for young kids—shallow water, soft sand, and decent for and snorkeling (we saw fish, lobsters, and more). There is some turtle grass, but it didn’t bother us. For amazing snorkeling, we drove about 10 minutes to Spotts Beach and saw sea turtles every time—even a small nurse shark once!The villa was clean and well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed. We shopped at Hurley’s and made several meals. The outdoor grill was large, clean and looked brand new. Traveling with kids, we loved the pull-out couch and extras like beach chairs, towels, snorkel gear, and pool toys. The Wi-Fi worked well, even at the pool. The balcony views and sunrises were beautiful.One thing to note: there is no bathroom door, which worked fine for us but could be a drawback for some.The beach is very walkable. We noticed some questionable activity at Bodden Beach Park, but we always felt safe.Karen was a wonderful, responsive host. We’d absolutely stay again!

Great winter Getaway!

What’s not to like? Nothing, it’s like having your own private beach in Bodden Town! Accommodations were beautiful, view, pool, beach, all great! Most mornings up before 6 and could see the Cruise ships at the horizon, but you were not bothered by them!(Unless you wanted to and could head over to Seven Mile Beach)Karen was great as our property manager !

Vacation

Great views, quite and peaceful. Property manager was very pro-active and good at communicating when there was an issue. Met one of the owners who was also very helpful and polite. A shower close to the pool would be helpful to wash away sand. Definitely recommend this property.

The beach get-away you dream of enjoying

Awesome villa in a pretty, quiet, uncrowded area of Grand Cayman. Spacious clean, comfortable, well-furnished rooms; washer/dryer in unit; kitchen great (tho no oven). The beach, tho a bit rocky, has nice lounges/tables, good sand, & is well cared for. TV medium size; Netflix, YouTube but we found no local channels (might have been nice to see). Several good restaurants (Chezh Inn our fav) quite nearby but there's very limited grocery/liquor stores in the area. Check in/out was a breeze. Really enjoyed our time there. Would go back in a heartbeat....

Great Condo away from the 7 mile beach crowds

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is well maintained, up to date and clean. The beach and pool are really nice and quiet. We had both to ourselves most of the time. The location is a great central location on the island allowing for a 30 min or less drive to anywhere on the island. I would recommend having a car if staying in this area as there isn't much in walking distance. Its a short drive to some good restaurants and a grocery or pharmacy. The snorkling is pretty good in front of the condo. Lots of fish and a few corals around in the shallow area before the breakers. I did not make it beyond the breakers as it was windy and rougher during the stay. One request I would make to to condo staff is to add some lighting to the side area with the grill so that it can be used for dinner in the evenings easier.
