Beautiful condo with great views

Our family of four had an awesome time staying in this condo. It has everything you could possibly want. The beach was beautiful and there are many great restaurants within walking distance or a short cab ride. You can have groceries delivered by Kirks Market and have them waiting for you before you even arrive. We didn't want to leave!

Beautiful complex centrally located, amazing view from the balcony, within walking distance from several restaurants and shopping, some of the best snorkeling on the island right next door at the Marriott's artificial reef,you can't go wrong with this condo

Beautiful!

Everything was great - except for the internet & cable service

We have stayed at other apartments on the same complex and never experienced this problem before. The internet and cable go on and off continuously.

Fantastic family-friendly condo in wonderful location

Thank you for a great stay in Grand Cayman! The property manager was very helpful and got us all set up before our arrival (groceries, baby needs, etc.). The condo itself was very well kept and exactly like the pictures. The location was great - you can use all of the next door Marriott amenities but you have the privacy and convenience of a condo. I highly recommend a stay at Regal Beach 123!

White powder sandy beach, great for long walks, snorkeling and diving. You are near to many fine restaurants, shopping , Georgetown and Camana Bay with upscale shops, cafes, restaurants and water excursions.

I accept payment through VRBO/HomeAway, PayPal, Debit/Credit card and Check/Bank transfer (if within the US). Contact me to ask about savings.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival, 90 days prior to arrival for Christmas holiday bookings. Deposits are non-refundable.

Maid service is provided twice weekly for a 7 night stay (except Sundays and holidays) and again after check out. If you require maid service more regularly we can provide it at an additional cost of $35 per maid service cleaning.

A 13% Cayman Islands government tax applies to all rentals, plus service fee. Guests will also be charged for the CC fees which will be included in the total. The booking confirmation sent to you after reserving your dates will summarize your charges.

HomeAway/VRBO offers travel insurance and Damage Protection Insurance. Please contact them for further information.
