Highlights
Scenic water view
Relax and unwind with top-rated water views, offering a scenic experience.
The Skagit river in the front yard, this house is an ideal home base from which to explore the area or just stay put. You can take a day hiking trip in majestic mountains and come 'home' to sleep in a comfy bed instead of a tent! There are several dams to visit nearby and the historic town of Concrete is fun to explore and nearby. This is also the perfect place to just relax on the deck enjoying a lovely view of the Skagit River or roast marshmallows at the fire pit next to the river. The large sandy beach at the community park is within walking distance and a must see with beautiful vistas. Bring your camera and your fishing pole! Come in the winter to see the eagles or in the summer to explore the North Cascades! The neighborhood is a mixed use community, full time residential and camping or vacation properties.
March 25, 2026 In December of 2025, the Skagit River hit a high level of 41 feet. At this height, the river left a lot of silt in the yard and even some parts of the road into the community of Cape Horn. I have been keeping an eye on the yard and cleaning it up as much as possible. The grass in the yard is starting to recover although it is sparse. Please check the weather for Concrete, WA and pack your clothing with that in mind. Bring your boots!
Security Cameras have been installed and are pointed at the river, catching the fire pit and the side yard, catching the driveway and front steps. The images of these cameras are only for the owners use in viewing the river levels and are not on a open website.
