Welcome to the Fan Cave!!

A spacious haven nestled in the serene neighborhood of Rowandale community. It is a 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom, located just 1.5 miles from the campus and the Square. The Fan Cave serves as an optimal base for exploring all the attractions Oxford has to offer.

Our guests are encouraged to make themselves at home in our comfy den, whip up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, or savor a cup of coffee on the inviting front porch!

Perfect Rental!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! Perfect space for multiple families or groups with the 4 separate king suites with private bathrooms for each. The location was our favorite, the house is directly next to the sand volleyball and large grassy area perfect for hanging out!

Real life ole miss experience

Great spot. It was a perfect place for a baseball tournament. We stayed with two other families. Rooms were awesome. Living area was awesome. Would stay here again in a minute.

We enjoyed our stay at this rental. It was VERY clean and well kept. It was decorated really cute with Ole Miss themes throughout. 4 king bedrooms with baths and a large common room. It was perfect for our weekend and would recommend this rental to everyone. Area is nice. Quite neighborhood. Easy access. Property manager was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Very quick to reply to messages. Don’t hesitate on this one!
