Enjoy ultra-clean showers with our high-end water filtration system. The natural ocean breeze and newly installed screen door provide excellent ventilation for a comfortable stay, although A/C is available for $150/ month to supplement high energy costs and ensure it is not being run all day.

This studio is part of a small complex behind a main house, offering a private gated entrance for added security and privacy. Private garage parking is available for $500/ month; most guests do not use this option as permitted street parking is free and very easy to find.
