A stylish and Modern home perfect for business or pleasure in the heart of sunny Santa Monica.

Centrally located in Mid City Santa Monica, this newly remodeled home is close to beaches, walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and world famous shopping.

I highly recommend walking up the street to award winning Fia Steak for a luxury patio dinner, sip Happy Hour cocktails at Jonah's, enjoy brunch at Milo and Olive and stop into Erewhon for an Organic Smoothie and snack.

This remolded home features two bedrooms with smart TV's and two luxury spa inspired bathrooms with rain showers and custom tile.

The open floorplan is perfect to enjoy time with family or friends while cooking and relaxing in the stylish living space. Whole Foods and Trader Joes are both located less than a half mile to stock up on all the essentials.

Traveling around the city is a breeze with plenty of parking at the property. The house features a private attached garage and a driveway that accommodates two cars. Conveniently located in the garage is a brand new washer and dryer.

Quiet Hours: We ask for all guests to respect our 10pm- 8am quiet time to respect the neighbors.
No Smoking or Vaping of any kind inside the house or anywhere on the property. Fees will be charged starting at $200.
No unapproved guests. This means only the number of persons on the reservation was made for shall be in the house. No visitors, gatherings or parties.
