Truly a one of a kind home in the center of Tucson! 1.3 miles to UofA & 5 minutes to downtown. Comfortable & beautifully decorated! Roof deck is a must see with 360 degree views of the mountains and city lights! Huge kitchen with coffee bar. Pretty backyard with hot tub, hammocks, fire pit, grill, yard games, & more. Just off Campbell Ave corridor which has tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and stores all within walking distance. Bike or walk along Mountain Ave to reach the University of Arizona.

The Space
First Floor - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, ping pong table, kitchen, office and laundry.
Second Floor - primary bedroom with one king bed, one queen bed and a small fold down sofa. Primary bedroom has a private bathroom.
Third Floor - large outside roof deck with table, chairs and lights.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the main property. The casita is rented separately. It is fenced off and is off limits to guests of the main house.

Other things to note
We kindly ask that children be supervised while using the hot tub and the roof deck for everyone's safety.

Guests should observe quiet hours from 10pm-8am.

The home was very comfortable for our group of 8. We enjoyed hanging out together in the indoor open spaces as well as enjoying the hot tub and games outside as well. Overall, very enjoyable stay and very convenient to the University of Arizona where we spent our days.

This space was perfect for our big family- a great yard, hot tub, huge kitchen area, and rooms with multiple beds made our family trip fun and convenient. The space was clean and low maintenance, and the owner was communicative and friendly. I would definitely come back here!

Peefect for Entire Family

We stayed here for our daughters graduation from UofA. Everything was great. Enough room for everyone, plenty of seats, the backyard was an additional great space to use. Would recommend to abyone looking for a place with a large family.

Great Stay in Tucson

The house was very comfortable; we loved the open spaces and the ping-pong table got a lot of use. Overall, the house allowed us to relax in our downtime and that was very much appreciated. The neighborhood also seemed quiet and safe and we were able to get out for a walk or run for some exercise.

Amazing property

We just got back from Family Weekend at U of A, and stayed at this beautiful property. Everything about the home is perfect, from the comfortable and spacious rooms, enormous kitchen, beautiful backyard and rooftop deck. There was an awesome game room stocked with a ping pong table, tons of card games, etc and the kids loved it. It's rare to see a rental so immaculate.....there was not a speck of dust on any of the outdoor furniture and the interior was fantastic. The hostess was incredibly accommodating and responsive, and beyond flexible with us. We appreciated the stay and wonderful customer service. Highly recommend!

Samos is a quiet neighborhood, but it's close to all the action. Centrally located, 1 mile from the UfoA. 5 minutes to downtown. Walking distance to the Campbell Ave corridor with loads of restaurants, shopping, salons, coffee shops, and more. Great neighborhood for walking your dogs! Mountain Ave is exceptional for biking. Ideal spot!

This is one of the most unique homes in Tucson, and certainly in the area. Our roof deck offers a 360 degree unencumbered view of the city. Mountain views by day and city lights at night. It is a must see!
