We are regular guests of this charming cottage on the lakefront. We enjoy the peaceful setting especially with the spectacular water views and the private location. The accomodations are perfect and the hosts have taken every opportunity to make our stay special and memorable.

Great location for me since I was there for a fishing tournament. Also there was a restaurant across the creek that I could go to by boat. It was a little tight getting my truck and trailer turned around in the parking lot but it was manageable. I would definitely look at booking again if I ever go back to lake Murray.

Fantastic location. House was comfy and clean. We really appreciated being right on the lake and enjoyed using the provided paddle boards. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing week on the lake. This rental is private (the neighbor to one side is a distance away behind trees and the other side was unoccupied while we were there), the views are amazing (coffee on the porch at sunrise!), and the lake access for our boat and just swimming around was perfect (we out in at Dreher and tied up at the rental’s dock all week). Other kudos: comfortable beds, hot shower, brand new fridge, a thoughtful welcome bag of coffee pods and creamer, and generally a reasonably stocked kitchen and bathroom. The only dings on the property are a lack of outdoor spigot/hose, a bit tight maneuvering a pontoon/trailer/truck (but doable w patience) and a need for some cosmetic TLC, none of which would keep us from coming back again.

This property is definitely named correctly because the views are amazing! Listening to the water against the shoreline, watching sunrises and sunsets, and just enjoying the quiet peaceful location made it the perfect long weekend getaway for us. We will definitely be back!

Cute getaway

Cute home with tons of water front property and access to a dock. Our family had a great stay and the communication with the owners was outstanding. We would definitely stay in this home again!

The setting is in a prime location on the lake with a view that made us stay on the porch most of the day. The cottage is perfect for a couple or a small family. It's just the right size. We wish we stayed a little longer than three nights and cannot wait to return to this beautiful property.

Great place

Great location, loved using the paddle boards, and very relaxing. Super cute and clean. The host left us snacks and coffee pods for us to enjoy which was a nice touch.

Right on the water!!

We LOVED our stay in this little house. It’s right on the water so we felt so serene looking at the water, whether we were inside, on the screened in porch, or sitting down by the waters edge! The location is quiet and peaceful. Ourbdoodle, Betty White, loved the screened in porch for napping and watching boats! We will definitely go back!

great trip

as always had a great time at the Ahh , great view from the porch in the evenings , only suggestion I could even suggest is to put cleats on the right side of the dock coming back from Martins one evening wind was blowing in very hard and docking the boat was a little bit of a challenge but we managed it fine . thanks again we had a great time

It’s always such a pleasure to come stay at the AH lake house. The screened-in porch….in the morning before the boats start up….quiet with a hot cup of coffee and a blanket…..*chefs kiss*Can’t wait to come back!

Fabulous!

We had a wonderful time staying at this cute little house for a long weekend. It was all that we needed! The kitchen was well equipped. The view was fabulous! We enjoyed the kayaks and firepit very much. This place is great for a couple or small family.
