驚かれることを覚悟してください！ 真新しい建築で、目的は5 Brバケーションホームで、1階には温水プールとスパエリアがあります。 壮大な入り口の階段から3階の大きなベッドルームがあり、それぞれに専用バスルームがあります。 キングマスターは、クローゼットの中に入っており、贅沢なバスタブ付きのお風呂、大きなウォークインシャワー、そして二重シンクがあります。 2人目のキングマスターには、ウォークインシャワー付きの専用バスも付いています。 どちらの部屋も正面玄関にフレンチドアがあります。 クイーンベッドルームには、専用バスルームとランドリールームがあります。 トラバーチン階段を上ったところには、アーチ型天井、素晴らしい新しいキッチン、ダイニングテーブルが10席あり、バーの高さのカウンターに4席があります。 80インチのテレビは、あらゆる角度から大きなゲームを見逃��ことはありません。スライド式のドアから、濡れたバー、ダイニングテーブル、会話エリア、湾の素晴らしい景色を望む屋根付きのポーチが見えます。 このフロアにはさらに2つのベッドルームがあります。1つはクイーンベッド、もう1つはフルとツインの2段ベッドです。 ゲストバスとハーフバスが隣接しています。

Memorial Day Weekend

The house was great for our family! There was plenty of space in the house, several refrigerators for food and drinks, a fantastic pool and pool area, and a covered patio overlooking the bay. It was a short, easy walk to the beach. We definitely look forward to staying at the house again!

Great gathering place

None family members bonding for a week. Great safe spot. Lots of room to gather or divide. Pool was great temperature. One six year old with eight adults. All good! Great place.

Loved the neighborhood and house

The house was perfect for our family. There was plenty of space in the house, great back area with the pool, covered table area for shade and new grill. It was only a few minutes walk to the beach. The area was quiet and we spent our morning sitting on the deck overlooking the water. We would definitely rent the house again!

Summer family vacay

This house was beautiful and huge. Location was across the street from the beach and very close to restaurants and activities. The house was well kept and very clean and the bonus is that dogs are allowed! Our whole family totally enjoyed every minute of our stay.Bath and beach towels are provided at this location along with beach toys and chairs, that’s a huge plus when you don’t have to pack all those things to entertain the kids! We did have to contact Sun Palace Vacation on one very minor issue upon arrival but that was resolved very quickly and the staff was incredibly helpful. We will definitely be recommending this location as a great getaway!

Family Time

Loved the home. Layout was great. Family had a great time relaxing by the pool. Very close to the beach. Was just so sad still seeing how decanted the area was from the hurricane. Would love to come back and see the area in a couple of years. Thanks for being such great hosts. Minor complaint-water was not always the warmest for showering.

We had a great time. The house was just like it said. Add an elevator but only one person at a time could be in it, or it would stop working but they came and reset it ASAP. It is 3 levels main level is the top floor. We have plenty of towels and room for food. It was a great place for our family.

Friends/Couples yearly Vacation to Ft Myers

Property was in the perfect location and the house was perfect for four couples. The view on the deck is very nice. The pool is refreshing after a day at the beach. The only issue is we weren’t even there 30 minutes and the number called because our music was too loud, this was very disappointing. 2 of the couples were still in the house on packing and the other 2 couples had just gotten out to the pool and had a small JBL speaker playing music on a Saturday evening, 4:30. Just crazy. I read the rules and found out there are no outside speakers allowed.

Great vacation at Blue Horizon

This home was perfect for our group. The ground floor has a room that can be partitioned off with two twin beds. The second floor has 2 king rooms with attached bathrooms as well as a queen room with an attached bath. The top floor has a queen room with a full bath across the hall as well as a bunk room and a half bath. We spent a lot of time on the balcony, and it was great. The kitchen is well stocked. We had plenty of room for our group to either hang out together or have their own space. The beach access nearest to the house was a bit crowded on the day we arrived so we drove down to beach access No. 30, and it was very nice with plenty of room. We had 2 very minor issues, which were addressed immediately by the property management company. We were very impressed by their responsiveness. The pool was an added bonus. We were within walking distance to shops and restaurants. We truly enjoyed our vacation!

Family reunion time!

This is a beautiful spacious house! The pictures and description of the property do not give it justice. Looks like a typical property management owned property: they did not know what the house had to offer and what needed major attention. Nevertheless, management was wonderful in timely resolution of issues. Thank you! There were so many other little things however, but we wanted to enjoy our vacation and not constantly have to contact management. Surely, they will address them on their own time, and future renters will have no issues on their long awaited and well-deserved vacations. The biggest bummer and shock was the pool condition upon our arrival. It was a green swamp! Management was informed, and we were finally able to use it by the end of our 2nd day there. We do hope to get some compensation. Looks like the place was vacant for some time, drove by earlier, but early check-in request was denied "guests checking out." This property has an elevator! Main reason for our booking: we have a wheelchair-bound teen. Important for senior citizens too as the house has 3 story worth of stairs. Planning info: Lower level: 2 twin beds, a partition, and a sofa bed. No bathroom on lower level. This floor has access to garage, pool, and extra full fridge. Garage had a car seat, beach chairs, and beach and pool toys galore! And, had a caddy to haul stuff to the beach! Yay! Second floor: 3 bedrooms and laundry: huge master (playpen in closet), and 2 guest rooms, all rooms had their own bathrooms. No twin beds on this floor. Now has a new washing machine because the old one was not working properly. Third floor (Very top): family room, kitchen and 2 more bedrooms: a bunk bed on this floor, and a playpen. The kitchen is fully stocked but needs a grater and/or garlic press. There is no garbage disposal. Beautiful relaxing views off the patio. There are no screens on the windows and doors. AC worked wonderfully. Sound system is very iffy, not all speakers work and not all areas. In the family room the TV can shut off on its own & audio can either disappear or throw a deafening clap. Be careful. Needs attention per techy guy in our group. You only get small soap for toiletries, so make sure to pack/buy shampoo & conditioner etc. Walmart and Publix were a short 10 min drive. Overall, a beautiful house with great potential for amazing family time! Note, beach access upon crossing the road is a bar scene, walk a little further for quieter beach if desired.

Girls Trip 2021!!

9 Ladies took a trip for 9 days ages 50-67. We loved this house ! Only complaint is please get a new can opener! It worked out so well for us that we are booking for next year!! You cant go wrong with this place, its close to everything!!!

Overall A Good Option For Your Stay

House overall works well if you have a lot of people. Close to beach, downtown so easy to walk to which is nice. Kitchen is fairly well stocked, 2nd fridge on the lower level is a bonus as is the one on the upper patio. On the downside, the main one had what looked like to be black mold in the ice/water dispenser. The pool/spa heater turned itself off every 3 hours and when I called the designated maintenance company their response was "yeah, it shouldn't be doing that" but no one came to fix it so had to manually reset it multiple times every day to keep the temps up. But pool water was clean and it's a nice spot out of the wind to enjoy. Beach toys, chairs, umbrellas are subpar and should be replaced as well as the beach cart that had a broken front wheel. Beds were okay, bathrooms very nice and the house was clean when we arrived. Our flights got canceled and so we asked to extend our stay and the staff was very nice and it worked out which was very appreciated. Is the house perfect?? No, but it's above average and if you can overlook a few things it would be a good choice again if you have 10-14 people as we did. I almost gave it a 4-star review but felt like it was lacking a few things and has some minor flaws. Overall we had a good experience and I gave it a very solid 3. If a few things are addressed for future renters I would say it should be a 4-star for your stay.

Perfect size for our family vacation.

The size, bedroom and bathroom count, and proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops were perfect for our family. The extra beds, game tables and refrigerator downstairs were a pleasant surprise. This would have been nice to know prior to our arrival. It took a few days to figure out the pool and hot tub settings to get the water temperature to our liking. A nice addition would be more larger sized pots and pans (cooking a thanksgiving dinner for 14 was a little challenging). Newer beach towels would be appreciated as well. Plenty of bath towels was nice. We really enjoyed the sliding doors that provided a fresh, open air living/dining room. We’ll definitely consider this house for our trip next year!
