As you step through the custom front door, you'll be greeted by a large foyer that leads into the first of two game rooms, complete with a pool table for some friendly competition. Adjacent to the game room is a formal dining area with seating for eight, featuring elegant sawgrass wallpaper and judges paneling.

Moving further into the home, you'll find an open-concept living space that includes a gourmet kitchen with a large island, two cozy sitting areas, a bar, and an office nook. The recently renovated kitchen boasts sleek stainless steel appliances, a stunning marble island, and lit cabinets, creating an inviting space for guests to gather. A breakfast bar with seating for four allows guests to chat with the chef while meals are being prepared. - A maximum of 2 pets are allowed at this home. Pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $175 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Due to natural fluctuations, we’re unable to provide specific water depth information at any given time. The majority of docks in this area are generally suitable for most average-sized pontoons and ski boats. However, since boat drafts can vary, guests are encouraged to refer to Lake Norman nautical charts, GPS systems, and depth maps—and rely on their own knowledge of their vessel’s specifications—to ensure safe navigation.
- No events, group gatherings, or parties are allowed at any AvantStay property under any circumstances.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we cannot always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
