The property was very nice and clean. It looked just like the photos. The host was very responsive. The only thing that I will say is that it’s located on a very dark road. Just be careful when driving there. We thoroughly enjoyed the property!

The check-in process, proximity to the city, wifi and communication with mgmt were good. However, I believe in honesty when listing properties. This listing is NOT brand new-Primary bedroom needs a new mattress has a huge dip, shower has slow drain so you'll be in standing water as you shower. Peeling fixtures, chairs in living room are not adult friendly, bugs/dust, thankfully we bought our own pillows. There was also a fishy smell upon arrival and the lawn was not cut. The home is off a narrow, dark road & the driveway is steep so be careful. There is also construction directly across the street, and you can hear trains at night. It was not a comfortable stay, but since it was a last minute booking we dealt with it the best we could.

However, we were surprised by several of your comments, as they do not align with the current state of the property. Regarding the primary bedroom mattress: upon inspection after your departure, we discovered that the internal support frame of the bed had been broken during your stay, which caused the "dip" you mentioned. The mattress itself is high-quality and near-new, but it cannot perform correctly if the structural support underneath is damaged. As for the other points mentioned: • Maintenance: Our cleaning and maintenance teams did not find evidence of slow drains, peeling fixtures, or pests. We maintain a rigorous professional cleaning schedule to ensure the home is in good appearance and hygiene. • Property Condition: The lawn is professionally landscaped on a set schedule, and we ensure it is pristine for every arrival. • Location: While we cannot control external factors like neighborhood construction or the proximity of the train, we do our best to describe the area accurately so guests can make informed decisions. We appreciate that you found our communication and check-in process to be good. We only wish these concerns had been raised during your stay so we could have addressed the broken bed support immediately to make your stay more comfortable.

This property was perfect for our weekend in Charlotte. It’s on the outskirts- 15ish minutes to the city center. Nicely decorated, clean, and the owner communicated promptly. We would return to this property.
