pool was really hot the 1st 3 days of our stay. the kitchen outlets on the stove wall were not working. ice maker was jammed with a chunk of ice. the game/theatre room was not good. the theatre seats were torn and worn. the pool and air hockey tables were both not level. the dryer did not dry. service call was efficiently handled. Overall, the accommodations were satisfactory.

After staying at the same resort last year and having a wonderful time. We decided to book the same resort but a different home. Unfortunately, this stay was not the same experience. At arrival (at check-in 4pm)the home was not ready. We had to sit in the car until finished. We requested late check out for time missed, which was denied but eventually adjusted after some conversation. Upon entering the home we noticed multiple things in the game room were broken or had significant wear and tear. Now we know why only the back of the chairs were shown in pictures. Multiple blinds were missing from the sliding door which allowed neighboring guest to see in. The dryer never fully dried our clothes. We also recieved an appearance from a unexpected guest in one of the kids bed our last morning there. Rooms were clean and kitchen was furnished with utensils needed but for the amount of money spent here to stay Mon-Fri this home should have been more up to par.
