Denton is home to Texas Woman's University, the University of North Texas, as well as nearby community colleges. We are within an hours drive to the Dallas/Fort Worth area which hosts many sporting events, concerts, as well as Universal Studios coming soon.
Our home is bright, clean and spacious with plenty of room to unwind and make memories.

This was our second time staying here and I would stay again. The house was clean & big. All the bedrooms were nice. It has a large back yard but we didnt get to use it this time. We mainly just slept this time but had games & a pool table.

Everything was great! Accuracy of how far to Ray Roberts state park isn’t 5 minutes, more around 30 minutes. Also asked if we could park 3 vehicles with boats, and that would virtually be impossible. Luckily only had 2 vehicles with boats and that was a chore for sure.
