We take cleaning seriously. We wash all bedding, mop the floor, and wipe down all commonly touched surfaces with BLEACH at every checkout.

PLEASE BE GUIDED BY THE FOLLOWING HOUSE RULES:

*The Wi-Fi in the unit is shared with the neighboring property. If you encounter any connectivity issues, please let me know promptly.

*Please make sure to indicate the correct number of guests when booking
*Additional guest fees of $20 per guest, per night (after the 1st guest)

LATE CHECK OUT
*Sorry but we don't allow late checkouts.
*If you exceed, you will be charged $100 for the first 15 minutes, and an additional hour will cost you $100.

PARTIES NOT ALLOWED
*Please keep noise low in the quiet hours of 9pm to 9am.
*Strictly no drugs allowed.
*No smoking inside the home. If our cleaners catch the odor inside, you will be penalized. (You may smoke outside.)

* $150 fine for lost / stolen keycard
* Please ensure that the EV charger adapter and keycard are securely stored upon departure.
* We request that you take a photo of the EV charger when checking out.

ADDITIONAL INFO:
- Kindly turn off the AC or heater before leaving our home.
- We have motion detector cameras outside for security reasons. There will be no cameras inside to protect your privacy.
- Cable TV is not available.
- You have to login to your own Netflix, Disney, Spotify, HBO, etc.
- $200 will be fined if we find out that you have violated ANY and EACH of our House Rules

Clean, comfortable and convenient

Everything we wanted for our family of 5 and so conveniently located to the beach, shopping, dining and freeways. Beds and a/c were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Property manager was very responsive and checked in to see how things were going. We loved staying here and would be sure to come back in the future.

Short Stay but Worth It

We missed the first night of our stay due to our flight but we loved every minute of staying here. It was beautiful and exactly how it was listed. My family was very happy. I would stay there again if i was to come back to California!!!

Looks exactly like pictures! Lots of space. Easy check in and check out process.. Host had fast response time when communicating. Only thing I’d suggest is providing more cookware, but everything was great! Would stay there again!

Amazing Week

Property was just as photos show. Clean, great location and tons of space. Will stay here again. Host was very communicative and available. Parking was great but I would recommend that the unit numbers be painted on the taking spots. But all in all an amazing property for families!

Wonderful!

The condo was super nice! We had plenty of room to spread out and there were plenty of TV's! We have lots of bathrooms to chose from and coffee available right in our own kitchen. The house is well equipped and we were able to do laundry too! We will stay again when we return to see family! Thank you! Quick response from the owner too!

Beautiful and clean

This home was clean and the check-in process was seamless. Communication with the property owner/manager was quick and responsive. Even at 3 AM on the day of departure when our car was blocked in by another car, I called the number and there was someone live who answered the phone and tried to help us manage the situation.
