- Commercial vehicles, RVS, Trailers, Buses, Golf carts, recreational vehicles, or watercraft are not permitted
- Parking allowed in designated spaces only. Cars parked in a tow-away zone or parked on property without permission may be towed at the car owner's expense
- Online purchases: all couriers except USPS deliver to this house
- Additional mid-stay cleaning available upon request

Important Pool Info
- Pool heating must be requested in advance via shared link. Heater works through heat exchange and is probable it will not work in cold weather. If you would like to heat the pool during cold weather and it does not reach the set temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund. Should the water level drop due to normal use and/or evaporation during your stay, please refill it up to the middle part of the skimmer using the provided hose
- Heated to 87°F, temp may vary based on weather
- Weekly service included; misuse (low water, foreign substances) incurs fee

Our family had the best vacation we could have asked for. The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive when I had questions. The location was perfect! Close to everything central Florida has to offer and just a short drive (or walk) to the clubhouse where my family enjoyed hours of fun! It was decided that we will be back in the future!

The host, Ariel, was communicative and got back to me quickly. The house was perfect for our family of 5! It took us 15-20 minutes to get to and from the Disney parks. We’d stay here again. My only complaint is there needs to be more hooks for hanging towels.

Very Roomy- Quiet Neighborhood

We stayed here for a few days while having to go back and forth to the Orange County Convention Center in June. The complex is quiet; the place is huge and was as described/pictured. The pool is small, but large enough to cool off in. The resort/clubhouse area is perfect for kids and has a tiki bar that serves drinks and food. It's about a 10-minute walk from the unit (we drove there). The host was very helpful and quickly responded to questions in the app.
