The house itself was great. We were a party 7, 3 adults and 4 kids. There was plenty of room. Convenient location, 15 minutes from Disney and 30 from universal. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of the cleanliness of lack there of. The master bathroom had a floater in the toilet when we got there and several boogers were wiped on the walls and other surfaces, that's pretty gross.

The house was amazing! It was very spacious and we had plenty of room. The Hot tub and pool were a highlight of our stay. We also spent plenty of time in the home theatre! This home has it al!

Not able to utiluze any televisions or internet throughout the home. Patio door was extremely hard to close and lock. This interfered with safety issues having young kids during the stay

This was our second stay in this house. It fits my family perfectly. We love how close it is to Disney World! My messages were responded to immediately, even on Sunday when the office was closed. Any issues were taken care of quickly. Would definitely recommend this company and property.

Overall everything was EXCELLENT. We loved the property. The rental process was simple. The theater room was a favorite! The only complaint was that we had to change the sheets and some towels right away because there was some hair. I think that could be an easy fix with a double check by the cleaning crew! Otherwise everything was great.

The house was very nice better than expected. Loved the pool and amenities. Had one issue but with one text the problem was handled quickly. Definitely would stay here again. Thanks

Perfect Location

Our military family (active duty & veterans) met up for a week of hanging out. The house was really nice and in a perfect location. It was true to the photos online. The rooms and bathrooms were nice and spacious. The property management company was absolutely outstanding. Whenever we sent a text, they responded immediately. I would definitely recommend.

Convenient

Spacious home which fit our large group well. The neighborhood was conveniently located and the location felt very safe. We noticed in a past review that some basic amenities were well stocked but we did wish we would have had more (lacked paper towels, cooking basics like salt/pepper/cooking spray). Two of the extra fans we tried to use at night rattled significantly and were therefore essentially not usable. Beds were comfortable but pillows were a little flat across the board. Common areas were super open and comfortable. Home was clean and fit our needs, we hope to return next year!

Grandson 5th Birthday Vacation

"We were impressed as soon as we opened the front door. The house was beautifully decorated, and soft music was playing from both tvs upon our entry. This house is super clean, and updated throughout. It has eveything you could need, including dishes and cooking supplies. This house was very comfortable for our group of 7 people (5 adults 1 teen and 1 child). The entertainment room is very spacious and provided a great space to watch tv and play board games. And, with 4 full bathrooms, that space was always available when needed. The house is located within a short riding distance to stores and Disney World. All communication with the property managers was excellent. I received prompt replies, and they were always very courteous. we had a Blast!!! We plan to always stay at this house, whenever possible, when we return to Florida" Thank you !!!!!

Fantastic Accommodation

The property is just as described. Spacious, modern, clean and home from home. There were 10 of us in our party and there was plenty of room for us all. The location is ideal for those wanting a quiet place to stay but within around 20 minutes of the Disney Parks.

Great home away from home

Loved the location, spacious home and very clean. The only thing that caught us off guard was the extra fee to heat the pool. We really enjoyed our stay, great house, great host!

Nightmare of an a/c situation

Property is clean. Bathrooms are dated.But for the most part itā€™s a nice home. The problems are with the ac unit and communication with whoever is on the other end of the messages. Right before checking in ,on Saturday, I was informed the a/c unit would not be working. Being as itā€™s Florida my first question is was is it too hot in the house and are their fans. When we got to the house it was freezing, cold front, so I messaged and asked if they heat works because the initial message said ac. Was met with a very rude.ā€as stated will be fixed Mondayā€ and to ā€œopen the back door!ā€ Not ok! itā€™s the weekend had to buy electric blankets because it was too cold for my kids to stand waited til Monday evening after weā€™ve been out all day to message and ask if the repairs were done to be told no the owner was waiting on an insurance adjuster and it would be Tuesday or Wednesday I told them it was unacceptable both my kids have colds because of sleeping so cold.then they told me they could turn on heat on their end and adjust it from their end. Why not sooner? Tues the insurance guy shows up with no warning from the owners at all to which HE informs me that Florida has an emergency heat setting in all homes and showed me how to work it!?So they let us freeze when a simple explanation of something we donā€™t have in our state wouldā€™ve fixed the whole problem. Wed the repair guy come ones again no warning! Warms back up and the ac doesnā€™t go lower than 72 they claim is in listing it isnā€™

Family Disney Trip

Beautiful property and awesome location! Getting to and from the Disney parks each day was super easy. We also enjoyed the spaciousness. Our family of 6 had more than enough room to spread out and relax. The only negatives were the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke upon arrival, the temperature of the hot tub and pool and the tv remotes not working in a couple of the rooms. The smell got better after the first couple of days. The hot tub was far too cool for me to enjoy even though we paid extra to have it heated. And I assume the remote batteries were dead, we improvised. All-in-all a good property, especially for the size and price point.

Perfect Place for Park Experience

Very nice house clean, with plenty of room. Well decorated with disney rooms and Mickey in the pool. Pool and Hot tub are nice with a nice barrier to block kids from the pool which can also be easily removed. Nice location about 15-20min from any park. Walmart 6 min away. Food not much further. We had a little bit of an issue with the sound system in the theater but it did not take away from our trip. Overall I'm very happy with the stay it was an excellent place to stay. I would recommend this house for sure. You will not be dissappointed.

Exactly what we needed

Great stay. It was worth getting the heated spa/pool, we were in it every day. The kitchen is well stocked - if you plan on making most of your meals at home like we did, I would recommend grabbing a cutting board and items for leftovers (ziplocks for example) - everything else was there. The kids loved the movie theater. House comes with more basic amenities that I have had in other locations (like dishwasher soap and papertowels), though that may hve been from the previous tenants. Would stay again.
