Rayann's Family- Friendly Away From It All ( Ray)

The astronauts looking down from space identified the Exumas in the Bahamas as having the most exquisite waters(numerous shades of blue, aquamarine, greens, clear white) in the universe!

Rayann's Beach House @ Three Sisters' Rocks, located five minutes drive from Exumas international airport and 15 minutes drive from George Town, the main town of Great Exuma Island, is a 2-story town house that has two x 2 bedrooms, 2 and a half bathroom apartments. One unit is called 'Ray' and the other unit is named 'Ann'. Both Ray and Ann upper level houses 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a balcony. The master bedroom has a panoramic view of the sea. downstairs is the kitchen, a half bathroom, and a dining and lounge area. A double French door opens onto a private veranda with a breathtaking view of the ocean. There are ceiling fans in every room and central air conditioning.

The Sandals Resort (formerly Four Seasons) Greg Norman Golf Course and Marina can be reached in 8 minutes by car. A convenience store is in walking distance. Larger grocery stores, a health facility, banks with ATM's are found in George Town.
A boat tour to the northern Exuma Cays would be most exciting to see the swimming pigs, the iguanas, and the famous James Bond Thunderball Grotto Cave.

Local restaurants, and other places of interest may be found in the information booklet provided at the beach house.

L'emplacement sur la plage ets le point fort. La plage est magnifique. Seul point négatif, c'est une maison coupée en deux, et donc vou partagez une terrasse, une douche dehors et l'accès à la plage avec une autre famille. L'insonorisation est très mauvaise, donc vous entendez marcher et parler les locataires d'à côté malheureusement. Sinon, le reste était conforme.La propriétaire est très sympathique et prête à aider. Merci pour ce beau séjour.

We just returned from our stay at Rayann’s. The direct waterfront home, centrally located on a beautiful beach (nice for beach walks), was a perfect choice for us. The unit was very clean and well maintained. Plenty of towels and a fully appointed kitchen, if one chooses to cook. The beach chairs and cooler were so nice to have for our daily beach trips. The host was excellent to communicate with and helped secure a rental car for us that was waiting when we arrived. Rayann’s will be at the top of our list for a future stay.

Wonderful from start to finish. The photos and previous reviews are exactly on point. Location, host, amenities were perfect. We had everything we needed. Being on Three sisters Beach means you wake up daily with an amazing view. We did not want for anything. We cannot wait to return.

We cannot say enough about our stay at RayAnn’s during the first week of September 2025. We had the beach to ourselves all week. We toured the island and all of the popular beach spots but never stayed more than 15 minutes because the beach at RayAnn’s was so much better.Mildred is a delightful host and you can tell that she enjoys hosting folks at their property. Everyone on the island that asked us where we were staying had nothing but great things to say about her and her family.This was our first trip to the Bahamas and RayAnn’s (and Mildred) has spoiled us. We agreed that we would now make a trip to Exuma a regular occurrence. We made note of other places to stay on the island as we toured around, but we all agreed that no other accommodations could compare with RayAnn’s!

The RayAnn was such a memorable stay. Not only were the views gorgeous but the home itself had everything we needed and very clean and comfortable. Access to the beach was easy and just what we needed for it vacation. We saw a sea turtle swim by and right after three dolphins. Magical! Isadora and Mildred are very lovely and so hospitable. Also communicative which made things so easy for us. The birthday cake was a plus. We will most definitely be back!!

Best Place To Stay In Exuma 4 Adults

We love staying at Rayann's Beach House in Exuma. It was our second stay here and was a perfect fit for our family of 4. Beach access is super simple and the location is convenient to both ends of the island. We'll be back. Thank you.

There are not enough words to describe how beautiful this property is or how amazing the hosts are. All of my questions were answered, we really fell in love with Exuma. We rented a car from Ms. Monroe ( you really do need a car) we made a great choice renting from her. Taking full day tour is a must. Coco Plum beach was our favorite. We still have so much to see when we return. Shirley's Seafood is a must. I highly recommend bringing your own snacks..food at the grocery store is pretty expensive. Everyone on the island was so welcoming and kind..but our stay here really made it perfect. I also love how beach towels, sunscreen were already at the house. Fully stocked kitchen was a bonus. If you are thinking of staying here..do it..you will not regret it!!

Excellent stay again

This was our second time staying at Rayann's-Ray rental and it was just as nice as the first time. The beach is few feet from the back deck, and the sand and water are fabulous. The waves were a little rough during our stay, butvwe were still able to enjoy the water. The beach is a nice white soft sand with no rocks. We aksed the owner if she could get a case of beer and put it in the refrigerator for usbro have some cold beer for our first night and she delivered. We're already planning our return trip. Thank you for an excellent stay once again.

Wonderful place & location

We could not have been happier during our stay at Rayann's. This was our 5th time to Exuma and we truly loved this location. Everything was clean, the beach just steps away, and the view was amazing. Highly recommend!!!

Stay in Paradise

I was blown away with this property. We looked at the pictures on the listing, but when you get there, it is so much more beautiful. Just step off your deck and you are on Three Sisters beach. The property was clean and well cared for. Located right on Queens highway, it was super convenient for us to explore the island. I would suggest a rental car. Everything we needed for our stay was right at our fingertips! I would highly recommend this property.

Best Exuma vacation ever and Fantastic property

This was the best place we have ever stayed in the Bahamas. Great beach, steps out the front door. View from the bedroom was fantastic to look at the ocean and 3 sisters. It was clean and listing was accurate. The upper and lower balconies were our hangout when we weren't exploring Exuma. Mildred was always available if we had questions and gave us great recommendations on local restaurants. She even gave us a recommendation for a rental that saved us literally hundreds of dollars during our stay. She greeted us on arrival and had fresh baked bread to welcome us. We rarely saw anyone else on the beach and it was as private as you can get. Lots of furniture on all levels outside that we used on the beach. Beds were very comfortable and lots of towels were there. Internet was high quality. We would stay here again in a heart beat and would definitely consider renting both sides for our larger group. Thanks again Mildred !!!

Perfect and Convenient

Mildred and Isadora's place is perfect and so close to everything. Within 30 minutes of landing at GGT we had our feet in the beautiful waters at Three Sisters beach. Mildred and Isadora are the kindest people you will meet and were wonderful hosts. Just go back today and we miss it already.

The property was exactly what we were looking for, clean, comfortable and located on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach and water we have ever seen. The host was great, attentive to any issues and very helpful with information. The kitchen was well supplied with all of the cooking utensils needed to prepare great meals. We absolutely will recommend this property to all our friends.

Beautiful and relaxing!

We loved our five day stay in “Ray” with our two kids (4 and 6). The house is lovely! It’s very clean and well stocked with towels, games, snorkel gear, etc. The location was really nice for us as we didn’t want to be in the middle of town but it was easy to get everywhere. The beach is pristine and it was rare to see others on it. We spent most of our time on the sand and in the water. The owners were very responsive and helpful with any questions. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great spot

The apartment was great, listing was accurate, neighborhood was quiet and attractive. Easy to get around with rental car. Mildred was super responsive and helpful. We have nothing but good things to say.

Fantastic stay

The house is fantastic. It is right on the beach and the views of the beach are great right behind the house. It has everything you need including beach towels and chairs to take to other beaches when exploring the island. Mildred does a great job with communication and getting the house ready for you. I highly recommend this house for your stay.

Amazing

Rays place is everything and I mean everything you could want in a beach vacation. The house is perfect...location, size, ammenities lovely. The beach - you will never forget. Private, quiet, clean the perfect surf and swimming and the blue water is amazing. lue...can never get enoght of the view.

Comfortable with stunning views

My hubby and I enjoyed a lovely visit at Rays. We enjoyed coffee on the balconies each morning and cold Kalik on the decks in the evenings overlooking the beautiful blue waters just steps away. The hosts were so kind and accommodating. We can’t wait to return!

Best location ever!

I cannot say enough about this place. It is on the most beautiful beach where we only saw other humans twice during our entire trip. Just 5 stairs down and we were on the most gorgeous, isolated beach. We spent a lot of time exploring other beaches, and all agreed that our favorite one was the right in our own yard. The house was everything we needed, and the owners were so helpful, meeting us right after our flight arrived so we could check in early. We could not have had a better time or a better place to stay!

Wonderful Stay

We had a great time at Rayanns. We were greeted as soon as we got to the rental property. Very welcoming host and happy to answer all of our questions. The place was perfectly clean and we were provided a fresh loaf of bread along with some other drinks in the fridge to kick off our stay. We were pretty close to everything. The farthest we traveled was to the Tropic of Cancer beach that took about an hour to get there. Absolutely worth the drive. We were only about 5 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from most of everything else. Our hosts were easy to get a hold of and the house was stocked with plenty of towels and even some snorkeling gear. The washer and dryer at the rental was really helpful to have as well. The gorgeous view and easy access to the beach made our family trip a fabulous escape. Our friends rented the unit next to us so it was nice to be close so our kids could run around together and we could all eat meals together on the porch facing the ocean. We had the best time! Definitely book a stay here. You will love it!
