Escápese al paraíso en esta espaciosa casa en una ubicación perfecta frente al mar

No hay mejor manera de relajarse y descansar que estar en un hogar lejos del hogar en los lugares más perfectos con la seguridad, la comodidad y las comodidades de una urbanización cerrada. Esta villa de 2 plantas se encuentra en las fincas de febrero. Desde la villa, puede darse un chapuzón por la mañana en el océano cálido o en una de las dos piscinas infinitas de agua dulce o simplemente relajarse y disfrutar de los colores del océano y los cielos que cambian sin cesar desde la comodidad de la terraza envolvente. Las aguas cristalinas de las cuales Exuma es conocida, están a solo metros de la villa, donde puedes nadar, bucear o pescar de forma segura (ver el video al final de la sección de fotos). Island paradise!

A stunning view and a wonderful property, couldn't be happier. The gated community is quiet and secluded and the house is exactly as pictured. Good restaurants in the area and plenty of water activities.

We loved this property! Out of all the places we snorkeled on the island, the sea life right off our front porch was the most impressive. We saw a sea turtle, several starfish, conchs, a stingray, and multiple species of fish. The villa is just a short walk from the restaurant and spa, where I had the best ocean-side massage! Even during bad weather, the view was stunning. We would absolutely recommend this villa. The owners were very responsive and polite! We were able to have our taxi from the airport be our driver all week. Metia!

Week in paradise.

We had a great trip despite some rain, this neighborhood is a great location central to most activities on the island such as stores, dining, chat n chill ferry and Minns. Also the Rusty anchor on site and pools were great. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful views

The resort was very nice a safe. The pool, hot tub and restaurant were very nice. The unit was very spacious and only steps away from the water. The view from the primary bedroom is amazing. The owner Phil always responded immediately throughout the process.

1st visit to the Exumas

We really enjoyed our stay. We rented a Jeep from Airport Car Rental. While expensive, it was worth it since we did encounter some very rough patches of roadway. We were fortunate to be visiting the island during Regatta. It was a really fun week. Also, we highly recommend renting a boat from Minns. We spent several days out on the water and exploring the beaches and sandbars. You absolutely cannot appreciate the beauty of Elizabeth Harbour unless you are on the water. It's probably the most beautiful water we've ever seen. The pictures we took do not do it justice, it's truly beautiful!

Really nice place.

Amazing location, ocean is out your back door. The kitchen was very well equipped to make cooking anything you wanted a breeze. Beds were comfortable. Master bath shower is small, low water pressure throughout the house( not the fault of the owners) There were a few water stains on the ceilings. But besides that a very nice property would definitely go back.

Great Stay

This house was exactly what we needed at a very reasonable price for the area. The location is incredible, Just minutes away from Georgetown groceries etc. they have multiple swimming pools for the kids and a restaurant on the property. The master bedroom has a memory foam mattress that was very comfortable. All in all comfortable place to stay in

Location, Location, Location

When you arrive in this pretty Seacroft Villa, you see your own little beach and the views of that teal blue water. It immediately relaxes you. Their beach is full of starfish, fish and turtles to get to see. The Villa is just the perfect place - well-appointed, and comfortable. You feel at home but with a view that is perfection. The location can't be beat - close to town, shops, restaurants and marina. Every year, we enjoy the villa even more! Thanks Denise & Phil for always welcoming us to your home each year! Cathy

Beautiful and clean property. Wendy was amazing and gave us some wonderful suggestions for us to do during our stay. February Point is a really nice development with amenities second to none.

What a beautiful home in a beautiful place!! The owners were so communicative, as was the local property manager. The proximity to water was so great, with snorkeling just steps from the house. The house was very spacious for our family of four and we used the kitchen a lot! Would highly recommend this home in February Point!

Perfect Getaway

You can not beat the SeaCroft Villa D2 location! It is the perfect villa right on the beach overlooking sailboats, sea planes and sea turtles that cross your path as you sit by the water -- enjoying the view, warm water and snorkeling is a fun treat too. The Villa is the perfect place for R&R -- owners are a pure joy to work with too.

We were one of the first to buy at February Point in the year 2000. The development was advertised in an English Sunday newspaper and it looked gorgeous so we got on a plane to Exuma. Although we could only see the foundations being laid for the property, we knew it was going to be an amazing home for us, especially as the turquoise water was only a few feet away. Even though we have visited many times, we still experience that jaw dropping moment when we see the ocean from the property for the first time. It is a privilege to own Seacroft villa and we love hearing how our guests have enjoyed their stay with us. In many cases, they have had a magical life changing experience. We hope you will have the same.

Phil and Denise are English and live in London. If you make an inquiry we will usually respond within an hour or two, but there may be a time difference so could take a little longer.

A little taste of heaven! Great Exuma is beautiful and unspoiled it sold itself to us. February Point is probably the most beautiful location on the island and close to George Town & amenities. The villa is one of very few actually on the beach front at February Point resort.

An opportunity to stay in one of just a very few properties on the February Point resort that are directly on the beachfront. Just walk out of the door and you are on the beach! Swim, snorkel, dive or fish or relax and just enjoy the view! The villa is a stones throw from the resort infinity edged freshwater swimming pool. Seacroft is perfect for that special get 'away from it all' vacation and you can be sure that you will return home feeling relaxed & revitalised.
