You'll find and appreciate that all the bathrooms and sleeping areas here are above grade(not in the basement like some homes). Both bathrooms are hall bathrooms so easily accessed by all guests in the home without having to go through any bedroom to get to a bathroom.

The vaulted ceiling family room is a great gathering space with plenty of seating and it features a new 65" Roku TV in guest mode, allowing you access to your own account for any TV subscriptions you already have at home.

The 3 bedrooms have blackout shades. installed and clean decor.

The dining room is setup for 8 guests, and guests are welcome to move the round white table from the family room for more table space where there are 4 additional chairs.

The updated kitchen overlooks the family room and dining room. You'll love the coffeemaker and french press for morning coffee in one of the many fun animal character mugs.

The basement provides a whole extra level of living space for groups that want some extra space or for kids to be able to have their own place to hang out. Here you'll find seating and a 50" Roku TV also in guest mode plus extra space to stretch your legs. The front loading LG washer and Dryer are also located on this level.

The home sits on approximately .4 Acres of land so there is room outdoors and more space away from the neighboring homes than you would normally find in the area.

Guest access
Guests have access to the house and backyard and can park cars on the driveway. The garage is used for storage and not accessible to guests. There is also a storage room in the basement that is labeled "host storage" that is locked and not accessible to guests.
