Welcome to Cottages of Tannin! Located in the Villages of Tannin, this 2 Bedroom, 2 half Bathroom luxury home equipped to sleep 8 is perfect for your next beach getaway! Relax and enjoy the community and deeded beach access DIRECTLY across the street with a redlight crosswalk! Lots of golf carts!

Do you have a sweet tooth? Take the kids for a short walk to Pete's Donut and Ice Cream shop. Both are made fresh daily.

Need a break from the beach, bring or rent bikes and access the Gulf State Park to discover all sorts of wildlife and adventure. You will feel this coastal home has room to spread out. It's close to shopping and restaurants. It is truly the best location nestled in between the state park and beach.

This cottage offers guests a fully equipped modern kitchen with additional seating at the breakfast bar. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, tile backsplash, and Quartz countertops. It’s the perfect space to cook together! If you love to cook the kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs.

Enjoy each other’s company in the living area while relaxing on the Sofa. The living room also provides guests with a Sleeper Sofa. A convenient half bath can be found on the first floor. Towels/washcloths are provided.


The Master Bedroom offers guests a Queen bed, smart TV, and a full private bathroom. The Guest Bedroom offers two (2) Queen Beds, and smart TV. There is a second full bathroom on the second level.


AMENITIES INCLUDE: free Wi-Fi, cable, and a fully equipped kitchen, and linens come furnished but please bring your own beach towels. If you would like to add another dog, please contact us.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, two trash bags per trash can, 2 rolls toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.


I made Orange Beach home after a visit with my family 4 years ago. We promise you will fall in love with Orange Beach just as we have. I will recommend all the best dining spots to visit. Book Now!

*Please Note* If you are bringing a pet you have to click the Traveling with pet in the section where you enter # of guests you will have. We do charge an additional $250 nonrefundable pet fee that is added when you choose " traveling with pet". We do not have a yard for you to bring your dog in, we have small patches of grass. You are allowed to walk your dog along the street. Please bring bags to pick up after them. Also, pets aren't allowed on the beach or on any of our furniture. We ask that you crate your pet when you are not in the house with them.

Great place!
Our place was very clean upon arrival. The finishes were up to date and the place was adorable. Not to mention the location was perfect— near the beach, in a place where my child could play with few cars, a pool just a very short distance away and the amenities you would want (Keurig, cable, easy check in & out) etc. Also the owners were very responsive when we had a question for them. I would HIGHLY recommend these owners and this property!! We will be back!

Beautiful Home!
The place is new, clean, and quaint! There is a pool just outside the home and a larger pool further in the neighborhood. Pool was constantly maintained. The beach is just across the street. It’s about a 4 min walk and has a crossing light. Beach is absolutely gorgeous. Jen, the owner, lives just a short walk away and is very attentive , friendly and accommodating. We had no issues and we were glad we chose this place!! You cannot go wrong staying here! Thank you Jen for everything! We will be back!!

AMAZING PLACE!!
The location was the best. Small quiet community very near beach and trails. The house was great as well as the communication. I will be back year after year. Orange Beach is a great place to relax and rewind.

I am originally from New Orleans. We now split our time between Slidell, Houston Miami, and Orange Beach. If you ask me I would never go back to Louisiana and just stay 100% of the time in Orange Beach. My husband and I are a blended family and have 4 adult children between us. We even have a daughter-in-law now. Our baby is Peche the rescue pitbull who is the love of my life. Don't tell my family!

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Tannin when we bought our home back in 2019. We are down the street. It is the most peaceful place to me. We are big boaters and love spending time on Cotton Bayou restaurant hopping. Boat Days are the best days.

What makes this property unique

Our beach house has lots of space that a stuffy condo does not. You don't have to wait for elevators and parking is right outside your front door. The best part is you can bring your fur baby as long as you promise they are housebroken. Condos in OBA do not let renters bring pets.
