Commercially laundered linen packages are provided for the occupancy of the property. This includes linens, a towel set (bath towel, hand towel and facecloth) for each occupant, hand towel and bath mat for each bathroom and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not provided unless otherwise specified on the listing. Guests staying for more than one week will incur an additional linen charge. Please note during the summer season (late June - Labor Day), this property requires a seven-night minimum, and a three-night minimum in early June. Check-in is no earlier than 3:00 PM and check-out is no 10:00 AM.
