Guests will enter through the front door into the main living area. To the left is the living room, dining room, and kitchen where a wall of windows showcase incredible water views on all sides. The spacious living room has a queen sleeper sofa and plenty of seating, and deck access that overlooks the private dock, with incredible ocean views in the background. An additional living room seating area for two is nearby, this area opens up to a second deck on the opposite side of the house, where sound views are prominent. A large wall-mounted Smart TV is available in the living room, as well as a wet bar with a mini fridge. Board games for family fun can be found beside the wet bar. The well-appointed kitchen features a six-burner Viking range, granite countertops, and all the necessities needed to prepare meals and snacks throughout your stay. There is barstool seating for three and seating for four at the high-top nearby. There is seating for 10 at the dining table. Two of the four bedrooms are located on the main floor, one with a king-sized bed and the other with a queen-sized bed, and deck access from both. A full bathroom with an oversized tub, dual vanities, and a stall shower is shared between the two bedrooms.

Proceed upstairs to the top floor to find an office area for those who may need to slip away to work from home with a view! A sound-facing bedroom features a queen-sized bed and hall bathroom access (new in 2025!). Down the hall (ocean-facing) is the expansive master suite which features a king-sized bed, a wet bar with a mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig, a separate bar area to the left, and an en suite bathroom with an oversized tub, dual vanities, and a stall shower. Additional features include a large flat-screen TV, and private deck access that overlooks the water.

This property has a deep two-car garage. Additional parking is available in the driveway for four. A game room with a ping pong table and darts can be found in the garage. A gas grill and an outdoor shower are also available on the back patio.

This home includes a residential elevator for guest convenience. The elevator is available on the ground floor and accesses all floors. While every effort is made to ensure it is functioning properly, elevators can occasionally require service. Elevator availability cannot be guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued if the elevator becomes inoperable during a stay. Guests who require elevator access should plan accordingly.

High-speed internet and Smart TVs are available in each bedroom. There is a keyless entry lock on the entrance door. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. Guests will be emailed their door code prior to their check-in.
