Private queen bedroom, bathroom & spacious office – only 20 mins from DT Raleigh

You will have nearly the entire upstairs to yourself! We offer a private queen bedroom with a memory foam topper – perfect for two guests with one nightstand, a lamp, an Alexa, Roku TV, and full-length mirror. There is a chest in front of the bed (with an extra blanket inside), that you can unpack suitcases with or use to get dressed in the morning. Inside the closet, there are 80 inches of hanging space, shoe storage rack, and box fan.

Across from the bedroom is your own private full bath with two sinks and a shower/tub. Help yourself to any of the essentials provided in the bathroom. Extra washcloths and towels are in between the bedroom and bathroom inside the linen closet. In front of the bathroom is a private office, including a couch. Perfect for a remote worker or someone just looking to have a separate space from the bedroom.

In addition to your own private spaces, you will have access to other shared areas of the home including the upstairs loft and laundry room. Laundry essentials are provided and you'll have access to a front-loading washer and dryer on pedestals conveniently located just outside your bedroom.

Downstairs includes a fully stocked kitchen (with free coffee and tea), a dining room, living room, half bath, and rear porch. You'll enjoy grilling on our gas grill/smoker combo if you like to cook, or relaxing with a view of the woods from our backyard. Please note that our cat, Lexi, lives on the property.

Our guests love staying with us since you can conveniently get to Downtown Raleigh and Red Hat Amphitheater, The Ritz Raleigh, Coastal Credit Union Music Park at Walnut Creek, or Dorothea Dix Park all within 20 minutes. The RDU airport is only 30-40 minutes away depending upon the time of day. Garner, NC is also close to other Raleigh suburbs such as Clayton, Fuquay-Varina, and Cary. Nearby the house at the heart of 40/42, you'll be conveniently located by an Aldi, Walmart, ABC Store, Lowe's, fast food, and drugstores.

Wonderful Hosts, Charming Furniture, and a Warm Dinner Invitation!!

I had the pleasure of staying with some truly wonderful hosts recently. Not only did they provide comfortable and stylish furniture that made me feel right at home, but they also went above and beyond by inviting me to join them for a delightful dinner. Their hospitality truly made my stay memorable, and I can't recommend them enough to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming experience.

Great stay in the heart of Garner

We stayed in Ashley’s place for 2 days. Room was clean and cozy. We felt comfortable with home and Ashley provided all the amenities in the house. Easy access to restaurants, bars near by and 15 mins drive to Raliegh down town. Would definitely recommend this place for couple or solo travelers.

Inder is originally from Virginia and loves greeting our guests and offering to help. One unique thing you’ll experience staying with us is our southern hospitality. We both love nature, traveling, volunteering, cooking, and music.

We are highly respectful of your privacy and will follow your lead in terms of interaction. Ashley works from home and will be in her office downstairs from 9am-5pm. She can be reached faster via the VRBO app during the workday. You may see Inder around in the shared living spaces during the day and can be available to have an in-person chat if you’d like.
