Oak Square of Gatlinburg is located in downtown Gatlinburg just steps from Ober Gatlinburg's Aerial Tramway. It offers an indoor heated pool as well as a seasonal outdoor pool. There is also free wireless internet. The complex is also near several restaurants and within walking distance of the Gatlinburg Convention Center. This unit is a one bedroom with a queen bed in the bedroom. It also has a full size sofa bed in the living room. The kitchenette consists of a mid size refrigerator, microwave, Coffee Maker, and a 2 burner range stove.

It is what it is - old and needs repair

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although it is older and most units need remodeled we will stay again. It is perfect location and it is not a hotel room. It has a small kitchen and separate bedroom. The unit we stayed in was outdated, refrigerator froze everything, bathroom needed attention.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location with included parking. Able to walk to anywhere on the main gatlinburg strip which is prefect for us. Unit is dated but was clean which is what was important to us. Kitchen was stocked with the basics to eat in. However the fridge was old and not able to turn down so it kept freezing everything we put inside, time to replace. Otherwise we would stay again.

I stay in a different unit every time I go and last week I stayed in 412 which was a huge disappointment. Tho the employees did take care of me the unit itself is very rough. Please stay with Oak Square but not unit 412.

Mattress was in terrible shape. Refrigerator froze everything .had to throw food away.

If they had updated the furniture I had to sleep on the couch. Smoke alarm had dead batteries. Coffee pot leaked and no coffee cups. Other then that people were great location the best. Cleanliness good. Will go somewhere else next time.

The unit was the most run down place I have stayed in: bent sofa bed,dripping shower, 1 coffee cup, 1 wine glass, broken / loose electrical sockets, sloppy paint, curtains off their track, table lamp in complete disrepair, no can opener, missing tv remote (later found behind/underneath bureau), indoor pool was dark It was quiet

WiFi was spotty at best - do NOT advertise what you do not have. We had already pre-paid and there were no other units available when we asked. Unit 412 needs an update and a good scrubbing! Were were hoping for a place that we could rent for a week in the spring, this is NOT the place. The location is FANtastic! But, I'd rather walk farther for a clean room that has better amenities.

Everything in the unit is old, could feel the mattress springs every time you turned in bed,cabinets in kitchen and bathroom are falling apart therefore giving the unit an unkempt appearance. Rented another unit last year and the unit was much better than this one. In the future I would probably not rent this unit again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location & very friendly staff! Our room was very clean with plenty of space & linens for three adults & a toddler. It was quiet at night with a beautiful view of the mountains & we loved the heated indoor pool with a smaller pool for our little guy to play in. One downside: mattress was too firm & the pullout sofa (like most) was very uncomfortable.
