We’ve been vacationing on 30A for 16 years, and this property was one of the best oceanfront spots we’ve stayed in. The views were incredible — it felt like having a private beach right outside the door. The home was spacious, clean, exactly as advertised, and the kitchen was fully stocked.A few small things could be improved (like adding more towel hooks, refreshing some outdoor furniture, and updating the master bed), but overall the location and comfort made for a wonderful stay. We’d definitely come back again!

We had the absolute best stay and plan to come back year after year. This condo is beautifully decorated, has all amenities that you could think of, incredible views, and private beach access just steps away. There are steep stairs the lead down to the beach so if that’s an issue for a traveler, just take note. We had no problems and enjoyed the extra exercise. The beds were so comfortable, nice towels and linens, exceptional kitchen. Our young children loved this place too. There were board games and puzzles available in the unit.We enjoyed walking to the Blue Mountain Bakery and Creamery almost daily. We also rented bikes and enjoyed those as well. This was like a little slice of heaven. We all felt rejuvenated and relaxed. Wonderful place!

Fantastic Beach Front Townhome

This property is fantastic for a beachfront getaway! The townhome was clean, it had all the amenities we needed, host were accommodating, and it’s located steps away from the beach. The area is not too crowded & there are lots of great restaurants near. Our family enjoyed staying here & will rent again!

Beyond Perfect

We visited Blue Mountain Beach to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary! This amazing property was everything it was shared to be and MORE! Perfect location, beautiful ocean view, and breathtaking sunrises and sunsets! The owner was more than accommodating with assisting us with special requests and everything that we needed!

Can’t beat it!

We had an amazing week stay and will absolutely be back. The home is very comfortable and has an amazing location steps away from the beach. They did not miss a detail when renovating and decorating the home - the sheets were so soft, stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture. You can’t beat this location. You’re steps from a private beach, a short walk to the bakery and shops and have pool access for when the kids get beached out. We will definitely return next year!

The only complaint were pillows, location of queen sofa bed in mater suite, could have used it if were not in master suite. Hornets nest in bushes and hornets all over grass, balcony rails need to be different to enjoy view. Otherwise perfect

We had a fantastic stay in Santa Rosa Beach! The renovations done to the condo are top notch - feels like a brand new place. Tasteful and high-quality, from the floors to counters to furniture and linens. Absolutely 5-stars. The views and proximity to the beach are amazing, though if you have mobility issues, note there are ~65 steps on the stairs down to the sand. Only improvement we can think of would be an outdoor dining table on the deck. Attentive host with quick and easy communication - would definitely stay here again!

Incredible 😍

From start to finish, our favorite Blue Mountain Beach experience. The condo, the location, the check-in, check-out, everything was impeccable. There wasn't any need to communicate with the owners as everything was thought of. Their attention to detail is incredible. The property is gorgeous. Everything was high-end - the decor, the appliances, the pillows & beds, the toiletries - they made it very hard for us to leave when our vacation came to end. We wanted to stay forever! Highly recommend!!! Only thing to take note of, there are a lot of stairs to the beach. Be prepared for a good workout.

Can’t wait to stay again!

We had the best week here and cannot wait to stay again in the future! The place is clean, well appointed, and perfect for kiddos and adults. We so appreciated the thoughtfulness of the hosts in providing plasticware instead of only ceramic/glass for our kiddos in the kitchen and the absence of all the potentially breakable decor on tables/nightstands. The bunk bed space is so cute and cozy - a favorite space for kids! There is also a pack and play available, though we brought and used our own. It would be convenient to not have to pack one and just bring sheets for it if you’ll need it. A couple of beach chairs and beach towels are provided as well. Kitchen is well stocked with anything you may need (utensils/pots/pans/dishes/few spices). Location is right on the beach with a beautiful view and steps just outside to the private beach area, so you don’t have to fight for a spot on the beach. It’s within walking distance of several places to eat and still just a short drive to other spots along 30A. We did not have any issues to need to contact the host. This has been our favorite VRBO rental in the area! Thanks for a great stay!

Beach Views

My family and I enjoyed our stay to the fullest. The home is equipped with all the necessary amenities. The home is easy to get to and parking is a huge plus, especially if traveling with children. Upon arrival the home was so nice and cool inside, which we really appreciated. When walking out back, the beach is just steps away, which was AWESOME!!! You can also rent chairs and sit under an umbrella all day (which we did). We also thought having an outdoor shower was great because it allowed us to get all the sand off. There are many amazing restaurants in the area or you can venture down 30A. This home is absolutely perfect for families. The host is very communicative and very accommodating. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home!!

Perfect 30A getaway!!!

Wow, what a beautifully renovated condo in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach! Everything was perfect. The condo was quite spacious with a wide open living/dining/kitchen that was well stocked with pots/pans, utensils, plates, bowls, coffee maker, Kureg, new appliances, and really everything we needed to eat breakfast and lunch at the condo. Then walking upstairs you are met with really cool hallway built in bunk beds that our kids loved!!! There is a full laundry room and guest bedroom on this floor as well. Then you get to the best part of the whole condo…. The master suite! It is really beautifully remodeled. My wife loved soaking in the tub with a view of the gulf through the large windows! The communication with the owner was spot on as he answered any questions we had in a timely and accurate manner. Five stars all the way! Will be staying here again!!!

Nice updated townhome

The townhome was really nice. Clearly has been updated with nice fixtures/amenities. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of storage for our groceries. The air conditioner worked very good. The guest bedroom stayed on the warmer side but there is a fan. If your guests like being cool I would bring an extra fan with you. The master bedroom would freeze if you turned the air down any lower. Bathrooms were very nice throughout. The laundry room was nice and we might just buy the same washer/dryer because they were great. We enjoyed the living room and kitchen area where we spent majority of our time when not on beach. The patio on gulf side was nice and had a shower and hose where you could wash your feet off before entering the home. The carport accommodated our Yukon xl okay. Loved having use of the blackstone but the people before us left it kind of dirty. I have one at home and I cleaned it up really well after each use. It is really nice to have and hopefully people will take care of it so will last. Even though there are stairs to get to the beach it wasn’t bad and once on the beach you are close to the water. Only complaint has nothing to do with the townhome. There is a company who puts out chairs & umbrellas front and center on the private beach. Even when we got down there before they put out their chairs and umbrellas they would place their chairs in front of our chairs. We would have to move on down to have no obstruction. We had a great time.
