Look no further - you've found a little piece of heaven! This unit is a third floor east side corner beachfront unit with panoramic beach views...one of the best spots in the building! This floor plan is open and spacious. The Kitchen/Dining/Living Area is the perfect place for entertaining and gathering for family vacations with plenty of seating and a 52 inch flat screen TV with upgraded cable package and DVR. Dining table seats eight comfortably with 3 additional seats at the bar. The kitchen is fully stocked and has lots of extras compared to your standard rental unit. The wall of windows in the Dining and Living Area allow for great natural light and views. Take in the breathtaking beach and ocean views from the main living area. Access the extra large balcony through the sliding glass doors from the living area and the master bedroom and enjoy seating for eight.
The master bedroom is very spacious and separated from the other bedrooms. It boasts a king bed, 42 inch flat screen TV, it's own full bath with two vanities, shower and large tub, balcony access and, of course, ocean views!
The two guests suites have queen beds with 32' flat screen TV's with their own adjoining full bathrooms. This unit is also one of the few that has a separate Den located off the main entry hall. Forget the sleeper sofa! There are two new comfy twin beds for kids to sleep or lounge in and have their separate area. They can use the hall access to the full bath that is adjoined to one of the guest suites.
Blue Lupine #311 (formerly the Inn at Blue Mountain Beach or known as Blue Mountain Beach Condo) is the perfect spot to get away from it all and enjoy some 'Wasted Time' looking at the ocean with your morning cup of coffee. Located on Scenic Highway 30-A in South Walton County, Florida, it's minutes from the Fort Walton and Panama City Beach Airports but worlds away from the crowds. Highway 30A is a two-lane road that hugs the coastline of one of the world's most beautiful white sand beaches. Blue Lupine is tucked along 30A between Destin and Panama City Beach (20-25 min to each), 15 minutes from Sandestin, 5 minutes from Seaside, Watercolor and Grayton Beach. Zoned residential, there are no hotels or high-density developments. There is an 8-mile bike path, a state park, many top-notch local restaurants, art galleries, boutiques, gourmet food and wine stores and even a Publix supermarket just a few miles away.
On site is an equipped fitness room, which has 3 treadmills, 2 bikes, 2 cross-trainers/ellipticals, weight machines and free weights. There are 2 conference rooms and high speed wireless internet access throughout the building. A community barbecue area with 2 new gas grills and seating are also located on the property for guests use. The pool and hot tub are gated and overlook the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and also require keypad gated access for privacy. Nestled between the 2 gated non-rental housing communities, we enjoy a very private and quiet beach. During high season, there is security on site most nights of the week. There is also high speed wireless internet, covered parking for one vehicle with outside parking for additional vehicles and gated access. All 48 units in the 4 story building open into a 50 ft high tropical atrium with interior plants, large skylight, with sofas and chairs throughout. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available in high season. Bike rentals are also available right around the corner.
We are situated within 5 miles west of Seaside and Watercolor and minutes from Grayton Beach- and every year our beaches are on the list of Top Beaches in the USA. A large designer outlet shopping mall is only 15 minutes away. We are about 25 miles west of Panama City and 20 miles east of Destin.

We loved our time spent in your home.
We enjoyed every moment of the time spent in your home. The views were gorgeous and the peacefulness of the beach was relaxing..with the area not being so populated which we enjoyed....definetely returning
The condo was perfect for our group. We enjoyed our visit so so much! The condo arrangement, pool, hot tub.....it was all perfect! I highly recommend this condo and would return to it in a heartbeat!
Good location and great ocean view
This was a perfect place for our family vacation. It was right on the beach, with amazing views, super comfy and spacious. Would highly recommend for big families.

We could not have been more pleased with the condo and how it fit the needs of our family. Our time here was much needed and fit everyone's wishes. This has made a lasting impression and will be our #1 choice for a place to stay next year.
We LOVED LOVED this condo! It is very spacious, has ample seating in living room, dining area, and the balcony that overlooks the beautiful white sands and emerald like ocean. We had a large crew of people and there was never a time when we felt we were running into each other. Really enjoyed sitting out on the large balcony area in the mornings with our coffee, and in the evenings with our cocktails. Kids loved it and we did too. The beach was not crowded in late July which was amazing. A beautiful area, beautiful condo. Thank you so much! We hope to be back and would definitely book this unit again!
