Next to famous Mercato for luxury shopping/dining. Owner will help facilitate registration process with HOA after booking.

Fabulous location. You are close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Great pool and spa. The unit is exactly as described. The condo approval process prior to the confirmation was annoying. The condo exterior was being cleaned, repaired and painted while we were there. Not a big deal, but bad timing for us. Overall good experience.
